Question:

How do 3 and 4 differ?

Are "others" not the "world?" Or are you speaking of "nature?"
Others can be classified as personal relationships with people you meet or know.

Relationships with the world might be things such as your influence, contributions, and interactions for society locally or the nation or international. Everything is done of course according to the will of what the Son, Father, and Holy Spirit would want or for the their benefit.

I'm not sure that the following story fits this thread but here goes

A Rabbi has to go into Hospital for an operation and is placed in a bed next to an Atheist. The Atheist
realised from the beard and head covering that the man next to him was Jewish. Do you believe those Fairy tales in the Bible about Adam and Eve and the Flood? the Atheist asks. The Rabbi says yes I believe in them. The Atheist replies Did you know that many other cultures had similar Myths and legends? You know replied the Rabbi I have often wondered why of all the people in the world God
only gave these stories to the Israelites but now that you told me that other cultures have them as well
I have no doubt they are true.

Did Jesus not use the definition of philosophy when he spoke to the people in parables?
