Much like Christ, the "rep" system here knows the intent of your heart.............repping others in hopes of being able to rep a particular person won't work................ 
BTW.........the rep system is not a "give" and "get' system.......you don't OWE anyone a "rep." Again, much like Scriptures, they are Alms.......not given with the expectation of receiving..........
