There was a time about 20 yrs ago when affiliate marketing could make you over $3000 a month. I did it myself. You set up websites that had useful content, posted links to related products, and made a commission if a product was sold. But in this day, it is much more difficult. When folks want to buy something, they go to Amazon and find it. Everybody is pushing content with their smart phones and YouTube. And large companies are pushing professionally produced videos and content. I am just about ready to shut my websites down as they barely cover costs. I never made much with ClickBank.

In this day, you might be able to make something of an income with a regularly updated YouTube video channel, but as I said, there is a lot of competition.

But you might look into developing web and computer skills by making use of whatever free online resources you can find and then provide those services online. Better yet, enroll in a technicAl or community college if possible. There are many jobs in this day that are done remotely. If you have skills, you can get a better rate of pay. You should perhaps start by talking to a career counselor.
