I have had much past experience with the person that you apparently are not aware of.
70x7,
and then some, I suppose...?
Is "the person" (I am assuming you are referring to a particular facet of his personality.) the only thing you see in him - or, does he have any redeeming qualities at all?
I am well aware, to be sure - but, as I have discovered, he is not like that all of the time.
The more I get to know him (through his posts), the more I am able to "not be bothered" by that facet of his personality - because, I see other facets that are not as "rough around the edges"...
Yes, he seems to be "a bit different" in some ways - but then, most people probably think that about me.
Are you not able to "look past" that particular facet and see the rest of him?
Because, the following quoted post seems to reflect an attitude and feeling of:
"You are so annoying that I just refuse to [try to] communicate anything of significance to you."
You have NOTHING "straight" about any of what you speak.
You are too confused to discuss any of this.
NOTHING?
about
any?
too confused
to discuss?
any of this?
really? c'mon now...
baloney.
I am thinking that you have allowed yourself to build up a wall between you and him.
And, you are allowing it to affect you like a warped lens - through which you see all that he posts.
Ya know what?
You have your moments, too - when you don't exactly come across as the
always-Spirit-filled Christian that you would have us to believe. (based on the way you talk sometimes)
Of course, you also have your "better moments" - which is good!
Well, so does he.
And, we all know that you are a flawed human being just like the rest of us - so, you can be forgiven, too.
I just want to encourage you to always remember the Golden Rule when dealing with others on here that seem to have those annoying little personality quirks...
Don't get fixated on the negative - keep an eye out for the positive, too.
There was no interest is learning, there was a jump right to judgement in #46 that you chose to not see, and failed to acknowledge #45.
Perhaps. But then, in order to "give the benefit of the doubt", I chose to "see better than that"...
(Perhaps, you should try that more often...?)
Yes, his "CAN stop and fiddle" comment did/does seem a bit "off" - still - saying "Ignorance does indeed show" seemed a bit 'pointed' and unnecessary.
I thought the rest of post #45 was rather informative - especially for someone that knows little about guns, ammo, etc.
It wasn't new to me; but, to him, it could have been an epiphany moment.
What you are erroneously referring to as a "topic" was a response the Mailmandan.
I do not believe there was any error on my part.
Perhaps, you misunderstood the context?
At different places in my post, the word 'topic' referred to either the thread topic or the [temporary] "mini-topic" (ammo reloading) at the time.
Now, maybe.
Final thought:
Be the better man.
If you want us to believe that you are [so] full-to-the-brim of the Holy Ghost - then, we need to see a more full-to-the-brim exhibition of that familiar fruit-of-the-Spirit list come through in your posts...
Galations 5:
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
