Here's a good free one for Cross References <.
For a hard back book, I usually go with Strongs exhaustive concordance for old and NT. It is also a dictionary. It's good but not perfect. That's true of all dictionaries though. Vines is another good one for KJV NT IMHO.
They can be very useful tools. There are more free resources online. I like to use a paper Bible whenever I'm not posting scripture online.
My favorite Bibles have:
A. No footnotes or cross references.
That leaves more space for writing my own in the larger margins.
B. Large print for ease of use.
C. Each time I read through the Bible, I find that the Holy Spirit leads me to connected Scriptures that I've forgotten where they are located. This limits my need to depend on the study tools as much as before. This takes time and consistency though.
D. One thing you'll find a concordance useful for are word studies. Pick a word or a subject and spend time begging God for answers and seeking diligently. This should help establish anyone in the Faith, and help growth.
