Is it worship the creation and not the Creator in the quote or is it the creature and not the Creator?

It wasnt actually talking about inventions.

Kind of funny when people misread the Bible. well not really but then they go off on all sorts of tangents and falsely accuse people of stuff they never did.
I dont know any inventions that look like images of such creatures.

Always leaving room for being mistaken, I have thought from my first reading that teaching that it refers to Satan as the creature, and not to the gift our Father ahs given us to care for.

Amplified, Berean Study, Kenneth Wuest NT, are more complete than most since one word in the Greek can require a paragraph in English to properly convey the true meaning.
Jesus taught how we are to take everything to Holy Spirit who will guide us in ALL truth, we see it a lot here as with elsewhere in this world how those who claim to be Christian miss the mark that "all" means "all".
