I was listening to a list of 'customer service brainrot. These arent my experiences just ones shared.
I meant to tell a customer their hot wings were ready and said, I'll be right back with your bones.
I once put a customers card in their mouth. They had it in their mouth and hands full so I had to take it but then they had their hands empty and I returned it to their mouth.
I once ask a customer if they had any plates I could take, he said no and I took them anyway and even took the fork out of his hand!
these go on and on. I guess customer service brainrot is real.
