I might try some fig syrup too since I bought a few jars. Like a dozen for my "end times pantry." Lol .

Me too! I enjoy preparing meals.

It's tough. I like eggs a lot. My allergy started with chicken. Maybe it'll get better if I find a good source for free range layers.

I'm experimenting with flax, but it doesn't really taste like eggs, or anything. Maybe Amish butter?

It works as a binder I think, but I don't think you can make scrambled flax lol.

I've made eggless waffles with ground flax.

I just got out the pecans and the recipe on the bag calls for:
Corn syrup.....No, Ill use honey and fig syrup.
Sugar.....only non GMO sugar cane.
It already says 1/3 cup butter
4 eggs
Vanilla
Pecan halves( maybe make another with walnuts

IF I could find duck eggs for sale, that would work. I used to raise ducks and geese. They both have really good eggs IMHO. My first duck egg was from the nest along a pond when I was around 8 years old.
