That is interesting 😱 I didnt know that. That means if the soil is nitrogen rich the greener the leaves and the fruits ? Thanks that is very informative πŸ€—
Gorgeous! Did you know that it is the nutrient Nitrogen that causes plant life to be the color green? Looking great!

Yes, ma'am. You got it. So if your leaves or even your fruit has a yellowish color to it, or if you think the leaves are not as green as they ought to be, they just need a little nitrogen. Have fun! Growing plants is one of the most amazing things we can do. God has created them to be very much like us. They need food, oxygen, and water, and they also learn. You can teach them to grow tall, stay short . . . all kinds of things. :)

Yep, the best thing about growing your own produce is that you know what's in it! :)

And yes, I used to grow basil and sell it to a restaurant. I grew it hydroponically and it was amazing! Until . . . some kind of fungus caught onto it all and I lost the entire crop. I didn't want to start all over, so I just quit. I haven't been in a position to grow anything at all for years, but times are changing for me, so you just never know! Green onions are easy to grow, and you can actually take cuttings from them for your meals, and they will keep growing.

What a fun message to receive. haha

Hey, one trick for growing green onions, is buy them at the store and just replant them. :) They're already growing! :)

As for you, sounds like you know what you're doing with the produce that you have successfully growing. Sounds absolutely A . . . mazing!

sorry for my late reply sir, I wonder why lifebits doesn't notify me when a person commented on my picture...

Anyways I actually cut the tree not too long ago ...lol because i thought it was a male tree and since my pomelo has started to bear fruits... I thought maybe my pomelo overpowered my calamansi(they are two steps apart) but after cutting the tree after a few weeks calamansi leaves started to grow again...so i felt bad about the tree and let it live again πŸ˜„ and then finally lol it has started to bear fruits after years of waiting 😊

I didn't make a calamonade instead i prepared a dipping sauce using calamansi 😍 I don't know if I'll make calamonade anymore coz I am cutting my sugar already maybe I'll do once a while maybe... 😊
