That awkward moment when............. you're at a restaurant and you order a plain hamburger with nothing on it, and the waiter/waitress looks at you like you're from another planet (that happens to me on a regular basis, am I the only person in the world who eats plain hamburgers???).

That awkward moment when you're asked to read a Bible verse out loud, and you read from the wrong chapter, but it still somehow related to what was being discussed. And then you read the correct one.

Who me, nope. Was looking at the stats on something, and it was saying that the average family at one time was 2.5 kids. So, I figured it would be very awkward to have a half kid.

I can't poke too much fun at her though (even though my dad and I had a hayday with that for a bit :D ) because I am SO much like her.

I eat plain hamburgers... with cheese. :) Not sure if that counts as awkward, but it's an all-time personal favorite!

Ocean--usually when that happens, it means they're trying to chat with several other people besides you.

Ugh, I can't stand that! Usually the response is "lol yeah." So...what now?

I even had this guy one time, after a couple of sentences back and forth, be like "So...what should we talk about?" I said, "I don't know, you pick! :)" and he said "I don't know lol". Well I'm SO glad you started a conversation with me, then. :rolleyes:

Haha, I had someone do the same thing! I bet you it was the same person as the one who PMed me. lol It's like, don't try to talk to me if you don't know what to talk about. Because, I'm gonna leave that ball in your court if you PM me first. lol This is probably why I don't usually go to the chat that often. lol

Actually, everything I eat is very plain and simple. I don't like condiments (I can't stand ketchup or mustard), and I haven't met a vegetable yet that agrees with my taste buds. So all that's left is the beef patty and the bun.

Alas, I am destined to live a life of nutritional blandness with an unadventurous palate!

Could someone please throw me a bone (just make sure nothing's on it!!!).
