Pray to God, and when you feel tempted just try to clear your mind and think what would Jesus do, ill pray for you

We don't need to know the specifics. Don't use words like that on CC please.

I suggest you exercise a lot to help you take your mind off of it. Go run or play sports, work out.
It will make you feel better about yourself.
Sometimes exercise can be just what you need.
 
Do a search for 'porn' on the forums. There are already countless posts on this topic.

You need to figure out what situations you are more likely to engage in those kinds of activities. Then, you avoid those situations like the plague.

That is exactly what you need to do! If you know you will be tempted by coming on the computer, stay away from it.
When you say you need help, that is so true, but you need more help then you can receive from the Internet, you need Jesus' help. I can tell you from my own struggles with sins, you can't stop without his help. Pray, read the Bible, draw close to God, the closer you are to him the more likely you can withstand the temptation. I highly suggest you read the book of James, this book has helped me so much with overcoming my sin.

James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Anyway, I'm no expert when it comes to this subject, but I figured I'd give it a try to help a brother in Christ. :)
 
Just don't look at the stuff and stop wiggling it around. Try for one day and push it to two and then three. Don't kill yourself about it. Because it's obvious you like doing it.
 
Hi all,

I joined this chatroom for accountability for my pornography addiction. I am fighting to overcome it! I have battled with this addiction for 3 years and I have finally admitted to my self that I need help, before it ruins my life and plans for the future! So I hope you will not mind me chatting frequently about my downfall and highlights!
