When Jerusalem was attacked His sheep did not bother fighting for political Zionism.
They all left for good reason.
They had found a better cause.

Philippians 3:3 For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.

Paul counts his status as a Jew according to the flesh as "DUNG".
I think that means "crap".

If an Israelite rejects Jesus they are

if a Jew rejects Jesus or gentile rejects Jesus there’s no difference because thier flesh and blood doesn’t make them different but the same all are under sin israel as well as gentile . They aren’t special because of who thier owrents are anymore no one is. We’re all equal in his sight now

It’s faith in Christ alone that makes anyone an hier of the promises he made to Abraham.

this wasn’t the case in the ot but because they broke thier covenant he made a new covenant in Christ with any of those of Israel who believed then now or forever the gospel . As well as and together with any gentile who believed then now or forever.

“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.”

Notice Jesus spoke also of this prophecy regarding the stone the builders rejected ? He says this when he’s telling isreel

“Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, The same is become the head of the corner: This is the Lord's doing, And it is marvellous in our eyes? Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.”

There’s nothing wrong with being an Israelite by the flesh or being a gentile by the flesh we’re all corrupted and sinners alike . Pop He chose to offer mercy to all mankind through Christ and the gospel israel had a different covenant beforehand according to thier flesh and blood and thier own righteousness it didn’t work out so he made a new one and made it with everyone

Consider the Word reveals it is per God's design that some Jews continue to be blinded to the truth. Clearly God had/has a purpose for doing this. And the following scriptures indicate God will address the Jews He blinded when the times of the Gentiles have been fulfilled; indicating Israel will recognize Jesus as the Messiah the rejected:

"For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in." Rom. 11:25

"And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled. 25And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; 26Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. 27And then shall THEY SEE THE SON OF MAN COMING IN A CLOUD WITH POWER AN DGREAT GLORY." Luke 21:24

"And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn." I see both things as being true.

One. Upon being born again one's old identity as Jew or Gentile no longer applies/exists. We are birthed as a new creation in Christ Jesus as you stated.

It was just yesterday that I was reading Paul's words pertaining to this topic.

One in Christ
"Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; 12That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: 13But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. 14For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; 15Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; 16And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: 17And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh. 18For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.

A Temple in the Lord
19Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God; 20And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; 21In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: 22In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit." Eph. 2:11-22



Two. Scripture reveals God's plan for those whom He personally blinded are dealt with differently. Why? At this point, I truly have no idea. But one thing I do know. God knows exactly what He's doing. :)

I just hope that you get my point that the early church did not believe that they needed earthly Jerusalem for their restoration to God, or for the fulfillment of Ezekiel 37.
It seems to me that you have an entirely different view of earthly Jerusalem to the one they did.
I realize that I have made the same point three times, but now that I have so radically changed your view of things,
its good to be clear.

God forced the issue of NOT needing a nation, Temple or Jerusalem for the very early Church. There was a diaspora of early Christians who scattered to gentile lands. Furthermore the entire book of Hebrews emphasizes exactly this!

Understand that PRESENTLY UNBELIEVING Israelites need a nation, Temple and Jerusalem to fulfill all prophecy.....FOR THEM. So that the stage will be set for their own inevitable redemption that ONLY comes about after their national corporate repentance, renewed faith/belief and the RECEIVING of their Messiah, whom they earlier rejected.

Also understand that this national CORPORATE receiving of King Jesus is the precise ANTITHESIS, the exact OBVERSE to the corporate rejection described so poignantly in Matthew 12....!

This is not complicated folks. Try and keep up please....🙄

Not only is National corporate repentance a fact, I have provided massive quantities of Bible passages proving exactly this!

Hebrews 1:1 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son

The book of Hebrews is the updated instruction on the matter.
I suspect that if I was to ask you what reason modern Christians would have to promote earthly Jerusalem and the temple you might direct me to where we were before.
Prophesies about the second temple restoration, and the insistence on double fulfillment.
Jesus however did not tell us that there would be a double fulfillment of that, but rather that we should seek first the kingdom of heaven.

No, they need the same thing that all unbelievers need.
They need to believe in Jesus.
Why do we make it so hard for them?
This whole thing has done the Jews much harm, and many others too.
The faith and testimony of many Christians has been harmed too.

Most of us have an understanding of how the Futurist doctrine is put together by now.
I do not agree with most of it as I see the tendency to take Bible verses out of their context.
