Even though he cooperated fully and did not partake in the protest, the DOJ wanted to put him behind bars for four months for the misdemeanor he was charged with for covering the event.

Horn entered then-Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office, something he recorded on his own footage, which he gave to the FBI.
