ok well I would ask, you how you can't see a message being binded between the eyes as an inner binding to conscience from God to the inner conscience as something very important.

We will sadly get no where if can't get passed this stage.

An inner binding of the conscience is no small feat that should not be over looked.

Again tho, the far right Roman Catholic would, who denies the God of the old, something they where very guilty of in ancient times to.

Anyhoo I'll leave you with it have to do now m, bye bye

Deuteronomy 6:8

“And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes.
Yes, best we simply agree to disagree

Yes, best we simply agree to disagree
Then do disagree simply then 🤩

That would also be another reasoning of the self assured person, that easily says I'm ok to simply disagree,

Funny enough with this theology you, could simply bind it between your eyes.

Bye bye

Thought you wouldn't be able to let it go. I gave you a post showing the error of your conclusions, you had to ignore the points made. In my view, you are simply going down rabbit holes, possibly led to do so by a theoloigan

This proves you wrong as you cannot let it go:
I wouldnt say God's laws convicted them internally per sae. As I previously mentioned, most of the time the Israelites wandered away, got in a mess, cried out to God and he saved them from their enemies, then they wandered off again
God told Moses they were a stiff necked heathen people who would soon desert him when they reached the promised land. Im not sure how all of this fits in with your conclusions
Plus, they had an external written down law, under the new covenant we do not have an external written down law, it is a law on tablets of human hearts:
You show that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts. 2Cor3:3

Under the old covenant the law had to be read, or repeated to the people so they knew it, under the new covenant you wouldn't even need the written law:
(Indeed, when Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature things required by the law, they are a law for themselves, even though they do not have the law. 15 They show that the requirements(not some of the requirements) of the law are written on their hearts, their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts sometimes accusing them and at other times even defending them.) Rom2:14&15
Huge difference!

As RC sprouls puts it to act against conscience is not right 🤩

A huge message for the Romans catholics

A proclaiming pricking helpful message for the conscience to Roman catholics and anyone else

Did they listen tho.

Nope

Read the council of Trent

No thanks, I will leave you to RC Sproul
then that's could be simply viewed as listening to your own reasoning without considering another view

Funny enough far right Roman Catholic theology also teach human conscience is the final authority of your salvation
.

Now you said theogly is to complicated to understand.

But what I'm suggesting is rc Sproul makes theology simple to understand for you.

I'll give you another chance, do you want a 2 minute sermon on Adolf hitler.

Bye bye

Well if RC Sproul can address the following, great:
I wouldnt say God's laws convicted them internally per sae. As I previously mentioned, most of the time the Israelites wandered away, got in a mess, cried out to God and he saved them from their enemies, then they wandered off again

RC Sproul teaches this, I'll bold out the important parts, on the bases of both saved and unsaved people both undergoing the same inner conscience binding.

Proverbs 28

New International Version

28 The wicked flee though no one pursues,
but the righteous are as bold as a lion.
2 When a country is rebellious, it has many rulers,
but a ruler with discernment and knowledge maintains order.
3 A ruler[a] who oppresses the poor
is like a driving rain that leaves no crops.
4 Those who forsake instruction praise the wicked,
but those who heed it resist them.

5 Evildoers do not understand what is right,
but those who seek the Lord understand it fully.
6 Better the poor whose walk is blameless
than the rich whose ways are perverse.
7 A discerning son heeds instruction,
but a companion of gluttons disgraces his father.

8 Whoever increases wealth by taking interest or profit from the poor
amasses it for another, who will be kind to the poor.
9 If anyone turns a deaf ear to my instruction,
even their prayers are detestable.
10 Whoever leads the upright along an evil path
will fall into their own trap,
but the blameless will receive a good inheritance.
11 The rich are wise in their own eyes;
one who is poor and discerning sees how deluded they are.
12 When the righteous triumph, there is great elation;
but when the wicked rise to power, people go into hiding.
13 Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper,

but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy

14 Blessed is the one who always trembles before God,

but whoever hardens their heart falls into trouble.

So notice trembling before God like a leaf is result of your inner conscience being brought to account By God's inner binding of his moral law, and those who flee will also tremble. But they conceal there sin

The book of proverbs is about a few centuries before christ and with quotes back as a thousand years before christ.

It's believed this one is about 1000 years before christ.

so basically the Roman Catholic dogma is, the reformed church ie Augustine Luther John Calvin teach people don't have any inability to choose.

Which is Roman Catholic doctrine dogma

This is this is a teaching from a true reformed teacher who knows all the teaching of our reformed church fathers. 🙂

Remember is word of a live and active 2 mins long

I'll pull up more sermons on proverbs 28 where its mentioned in other ways to this when I find it

Im glad sproul is a comfort to you

In this sermon we start with a prayer in Jesus name for the suffering,

The prayer is initiated for a plea for help with the many tasks the lord has set before us, which in ourselfs we are not able to perform without the lords help.

We prayer for Those who are suffering, to those who widowed or orphaned or imprisoned, a prayer for guidance to minister and proclaim, and help in defending his truth, and to demonstrate his love his mercy, to those who are suffering, And a call to give us more reason to have faith with the hope that is within us. To renew our hope

And we ask that you would flood this place with holiness and the holy spirit who is Also the spirit of truth.

For we ask in Jesus name and for his name sake amen.

Key points, the task of apologetics.

A lecture by RC sproul.
Based on how do we help people believe. And all tasks the lord has asked people to do, where by how question of apologetics are raised to the lord and how he answers, on how we can persuade people to believe, but not just people but his church also.

A bit of wit the lord was definitely Jewish as he always asked a question with a question, and if you ask why, well why not ask in the first place . 🙂

Here's the Sermon.

so it been a huge task to get a message across @Undergrace1 but this task of apologetics @Lovette really means, apologetics really means to give an answer and not to say sorry I'm a Christian, a bit of wit

I'll ask the important questions of the sermon, sadly on the bases of what is saving faith alone by critiques . Because people say even the demons fear and tremble.

Well theres 3 main elements of saving faith 🙂

1 first is the content of Christian faith, like it doesn't matter what you believe as long as you are sincere, but there are people who sincerely believe in Satan, 🤐

So it matters more what we believe eternally, basically we have to understand the content, and give a clear understanding of the content. Ie the word. In other words believing is believing written word as it's binded to our conscience.

But a question emerges from this. is can a person who has never heard of the resurrection be saved,

Well you may be surprised by the speaker but the answer is yes. Not such a bad Calvinist now as some have called him already is he. 🙂

Why does he say yes, well it's on the bases he's only heard of the resurrection from hearing it and not reading it in the Gospel.

So the other two elements can be discussed if you wish.

I know all about circular reasoning it means you can't prove your faith because the bible says so from atheists.

It's the same reasoning from. Roman catholics give funny enough,

Instead of saying actualky your faith can be assured from reading the bible.

Did you watch the sermon about the meaning of apologetics from the professor who's ministered biblical apolegetics his whole life, that's where the main point of post 1 is from, from your quote to the the post you've quoted me on which is the same meaning

No point in holding me accountabke, the main understanding of apologetics is made in post 1 from professor RC sproul a very intelligent truthful man

Actually the bible itself demands apologetics, word of God is true and trustworthy not because of ecclesiastical tradition or authority, but because it passes reality check. The same principle is upheld in the NT, true spirit of God must "come in the flesh", which could be reasonably interpreted as being materialized in reality. If it doesn't work in reality, then it's not of God.

And if you say in your heart, ‘How shall we know the word which the Lord has not spoken?’— when a prophet speaks in the name of the Lord, if the thing does not happen or come to pass, that is the thing which the Lord has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously; you shall not be afraid of him. (Deut. 18:21-22)

Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world. (1 Jn. 4:1-4)

I'll ask the important questions of the sermon, sadly on the bases of what is saving faith alone by critiques . Because people say even the demons fear and tremble.
But are demons trusting in Christ's shed blood to be saved?

But are demons trusting in Christ's shed blood to be saved?
you need to watch the sermon post 1 ideally, saves me time.

But if you don't, np

you could answer someone with this answer that way, for there derogative question, proving believe alone doesn't give complete assurance 🙂
