Don’t fully understand what you are saying in your last paragraph.
But me like you & @mailmandan i have decided to shake the dust of my feet and leave men to God.
Pearls to pigs and Pharisees come to mind.
No problem. I'll try to explain it more clearly with quoted references. I fully encourage everyone to go into scriptures for themselves and study these things for themselves to be more fully convinced in their own thinking.
Revelation 21:1-3
1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
Those who read scripture with overly-simplistic rendering in their understanding will say the city itself will be that bride, but that makes no sense to claim the Lord will join Himself to the object, the new Jerusalem, but rather those who will inhabit that city.
Replacement theology has its followers believing Gentiles will inhabit that city, but that simply isn't the case at all. It will be ancient Israel from before the fall of Israel and modern Israel after the rapture who become believers during the tribulation, THEY are the ones who will inhabit that great city and who will be once again the bride of Christ.
Jeremiah 3:8 And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and played the harlot also.
The Lord was already married to Israel, divorced her, and will once again remarry her rather than to become a serial polygamist as is the practice of so many within churchianity today. They love trying to bring down to the level of man the very God who is man's Creator. It's a pastime sinners entertain themselves with through their sick musings about the One they truly don't know.
Reading on:
Jeremiah 3:12-14
12 Go and proclaim these words toward the north, and say, Return, thou backsliding Israel, saith the LORD; and I will not cause mine anger to fall upon you: for I am merciful, saith the LORD, and I will not keep anger for ever.
13 Only acknowledge thine iniquity, that thou hast transgressed against the LORD thy God, and hast scattered thy ways to the strangers under every green tree, and ye have not obeyed my voice, saith the LORD.
14 Turn, O backsliding children, saith the LORD; for I am married unto you: and I will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring you to Zion:
So, after the Lord divorced Israel, He still considered Himself married to her. Reading that entire section of scripture shows to us the reconciliation the Lord desired for Israel, and there's no other section of scripture anywhere the Lord ever declared His absolute denial of Israel forever. This is part of what paints replacement theology for the wicked and evil system of belief that it is.
Also consider this:
Revelation 21:12, 14
12 And had a wall great and high, [and] had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel: ...
14 And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
The names on that city are those who were and are of Israel, not Gentiles. The habitation of that city, then, will be Israel and Judah combined into a singular chosen people of God as His nation of priests with Him as their King. Gentiles who don't like this, that's just too bad for them. They will kick against that mountain with their impacts having no effect whatsoever in an attempt to rewrite scripture away from what it actually states through systematic study.
I hope that helped your understanding coupled with you studying those sections and others in their complete context.
