if only, if only these people would be held accountable for the stuff that comes out of their mouths..

Any person who breaks into my house without a valid warrant will face the consequences.
 
The most troubling things about this latest shooting is the Donald exonerating the ICE gestapo as soon as it happened, without even an investigation. If it wasn't clear when Renee Good was killed, it should be crystal clear now: it's open season; if you're ICE, you're free to murder at will and the the regime will protect you. They're out of control and need to be stopped NOW, before they murder someone else.

 
A vehicle is a deadly weapon. I know that is difficult for liberals to believe because deadly means "scary looking." The is why the obsess about the AR-15 style rifles but don't care about comparable rifles capable of the same.

It's not enough to say a vehicle is a deadly weapon; everyone knows that. In order for a vehicle to be dangerous, it has to actually be steered at its intended target. Just like it's not enough to say a gun is a dangerous weapon. Someone has to have have the gun drawn and threatening people with it.

Nope, you are free to shot if the driving is indicative that you might get run over. This is not TV, you do not wait until the car is charging at you and you easily dispatch the driver.
If a person is driving off from a stop, that is illegal. The cop's life and that of others (I believe that was the issue) is more important. He is not going to stand around waiting to be charged.

I don't know how someone's driving would be indicative that they intended to drive over someone if their wheels are turned away from them in the opposite direction. That indicates they have no intention of running over them.

It was pointing at another cop as I recall. Police need to make difficult decisions and people get shot all the time not realizing that erratic driving is like shooting a gun erratically.

It's a pretty scary thought that law enforcement might kill me for no reason and justify it by saying it was a "judgement call." If law enforcement actions are nothing more than judgement calls, we're all in trouble.
