I already posted this several pages back.

Okay so then if it's the video cv5 posted, how can you defend someone that is so wicked as to invade my country and steal, kill, and destroy my country and my generation just like Devil? Looks to me from the video and the reports that my good servants in ICE are heroes and they bear not the sword in vain. Wicked are our enemies who thought they'd invade us and supplant us and maltreat us so long, God will deliver US from their hands like it was the days of the Judges. Praise Jesus.

The murder in the video below is your heretical version of Jesus.

A citizen, a nurse, pepper sprayed, incapacitated by the pepper spray and murdered for trying to help another citizen who had been pushed to the ground.

Indefensible, it has also been revealed that many of the new hires have had little to no training.

But, I suppose some will find reasons to justify... I can hear it already "he shouldn't have gotten involved."
The fact that any so called "Christian" defend the feds and/or make excuses for this, is quite frightening.

We have constitutional rights in the country. If you go against my constitutional rights, you will suffer.

Those who hate themselves and our constitutional rights want to take us to hell with them.

The Constitution demands we fight the invaders and actually recommends we execute anyone that gives them aid and comfort, specifically the death is to be by hanging according to a strict reading of the Constitution.

The Constitution says if you give aid and comfort to my foreign adversaries you are to be hung from the neck until dead. Invaders don't have rights, leave my country now in peace or in pieces, your choice. Either way the problem will be solved, praise Jesus.

Yes, generally, it is illegal and unconstitutional for U.S. law enforcement to enter a home without a judge-signed search warrant, as the Fourth Amendment protects against unreasonable searches, but there are key exceptions like consent, exigent circumstances (emergencies, hot pursuit, imminent destruction of evidence), and plain view, which allow for warrantless entry, so it's not absolute.

Core Constitutional Principle:
Fourth Amendment: This amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures, requiring warrants based on probable cause for most searches, especially in private homes.

Key Exceptions (When Police Can Enter Without a Warrant):
Consent: If you or someone with authority over the property voluntarily lets them in.
Exigent Circumstances: Emergencies where there's immediate danger, a suspect fleeing (hot pursuit), or evidence about to be destroyed.
Plain View: If officers are lawfully present and see evidence of a crime in plain sight.
Community Caretaking: In some specific non-investigative community roles, though this is a narrow area.

Consequences of Illegal Entry:
Evidence found during an illegal, warrantless entry is often excluded from trial under the exclusionary rule, known as the "fruit of the poisonous tree".

In Summary:
A home is highly protected, and a judge's warrant is the standard.
Warrantless entry is unconstitutional unless one of the specific, legally recognized exceptions applies.

True. Therefore may God strrengthen the valiant heroes of ICE and praise Jesus.

Christ Jesus is not some personal warrior of the USA.

Please do not include Christ Jesus the Saviour, in your rhetoric and partisan polemical narratives, it is does not assist in furthering the Gospel message, in fact it does a lot of harm which the rest of us have to undo.

ICE have been kidnapping legal citiznens. You are the one in the wrong.

If you invade my country you're a foreign adversary by default. The Constitution says my government is to fight them, and if my government fails to fight them or is compromised by them, we are to form militias and bear arms against the foreign invader and the wicked traitors that collaborate with them to conspire to do mischief and harm to US. We are to fight them until America is free and secure, praise Jesus.

If you go to a protest you take the risk something serious could happen. And if you get involved in police or ICE action you're taking a bigger risk. That's just a fact. I've been to peaceful protests, there's nothing wrong with that. But you're still taking a risk, you know that when you're going.

So called Christians, we wait for the answer and the entire story to come out. ICE is doing their job. If the officers involved broke the law, they'll suffer for it. There are too many instances where the news reported a story and it was totally wrong or flat out lies.

He says that permitted gun owners are allowed to carry a gun in Mn. The man who was killed did not have a permit. He was an illegal alien with a warrant for a felony assault. So the fact he had the gun was also a crime.
