They disobeyed other things too, but God was very specific in singling out breaking the Sabbath and relates breaking the Sabbath to idol worship. Replacing what God said, with a voice of another. Why the commandments are all interconnected breaking one we break them all James2:11.
Eze20:16 because they rejected my rules and did not walk in my statutes, and profaned my Sabbaths; for their heart went after their idols.

Jesus called breaking the Sabbath rebellion.

Isaiah was prophesying new covenant realities in the old covenant concepts and language that he understood. For example, God's house being called a house of prayer for all nations is figurative language for the reality of our bodies being the house of God. This was the mystery that was kept hidden from the prophets, so they had to use the language and concepts that they understood. The physical temple is no longer the house of God any more than sabbaths are the way to know God is sanctifying us.
Do you think Scripture means whatever is in the top of our heads? You provide no evidence for your statements. Our thoughts and ideas are not Scripture and in my experience these are the toughest people to try to reason with, elevating our thoughts as if they are equal to the word of God, when its not.

His house of prayer was the temple or house of God for worship. Was there ever a time where all nations- Jews and Gentiles came together on the Sabbath before the Cross? No. Does His prophecies come true? Yes.
Jesus predicted those who do not defile the Sabbath would come together in His house of prayer for all nations-which is exactly happen after the Cross because Jesus is never wrong and we need to trust Him with our whole heart.
Acts 13:42 So when the Jews went out of the synagogue, the Gentiles begged that these words might be preached to them the next Sabbath.
Acts 13: 44 On the next Sabbath almost the whole city came together to hear the word of God.

The only reason they met on the sabbaths is because synagogues were where Jews and gentile proselytes would meet on Saturdays to study torah. It had nothing to do with what you're suggesting. Once Christians were kicked out of synagogues around 100AD there was no need for them to do that anymore, and in fact the day was changed at a later date to conform more with the day of resurrection..
It doesn‘‘t say anything about not keeping the Sabbath in this passage. Jesus already addressed Sabbath worship continuing for eternity Isa66:22-23 Jesus is calling us to true worship and defined false worship as laying aside the commandments of God and replacing it with man-made rules and traditions Mark7:7-13 Mat15:3-14 God’s saints keep God’s commandments Rev14:12 God’s version, not what man thinks they know better than He to edit God’s own personal written Testimony Exo31:18
You’re reading things into Scripture and seem to be disregarding what plain Scripture says. Like I said previously we are too far apart in our understanding of God’s word. It’s best I move on.

Lev23:3 Exo20:8-11 We are living in the same place the children of Israel were living in the wilderness. Heb3:7-19 It seems like just as they did, many do not believe what proceeds out of the mouth of God that we have to correct and speak for, even when He told us not to Pro30:5-6 Deut4:2 Ecc3:14 Mat5:18-19 Rev 22:18-19

Exo 20: 10 but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God.

He predicted there would be a government who thought to change. God’s times ad laws Dan7:25 and there is a clear history of the Sabbath going from Sabbath to Sunday. When He laid out the consequences of disobedience not entering into the Promise Land and than gave the reason plainly “because“ no need to add anything else as if thats going to delete what God just stated plainly.
