Of course there’s a difference but one that doesn’t want to grasp usually wouldn’t ask the questions to begin with. Trying to teach one that doesn’t want or care enough to learn is a waste of time. If one has truly placed his/her faith in the works of Christ then they will want to learn. Learning can’t be forced.Well, I would say there is a difference between unable to grasp and not wanting to grasp because it may cause discomfort to one's accepted view.
Agree, they do say a good teacher is someone that can take complex concepts and teach them in such a way so that they are accessible to all his/her students.
Then we come to the situation that we see on forums such as this one. It’s not so much students and a teacher. Instead it would be like having 5 teachers in a classroom that don’t agree on anything. It turns from teaching a set of students to the students watching an endless debate. The only thing the students have learned by the end of the day is that the teachers don’t agree on anything. Each teacher goes into the situation with their own belief and walk away with that belief being more fortified than before. What I see many times also is that two sides will actually agree but because they word their arguments differently they think they don’t agree.
