Do you speak english? You are not an American citizen, you will not be on a jury involving this case. Nor are you a commanding officer in ICE. Hence, you are not in any position to make any determination on this case, your opinion is therefore irrelevant. What is relevant is the law. According to the law if an ICE agent or any Federal law enforcement agent or any policeman were to reasonably think his life was in danger, or that he was in danger of serious bodily harm they have the right to respond with deadly force.

Any person being hit with a car in that situation, and you have to see it from his body cam view, would have reasonably thought this was the case. Initially she drove into him even though she could see him and she stepped on the gas. After seeing the gun she turned the wheel but at that moment it was too late.

Can you link to the video you're talking about?
So since I am not american, and not in the jury involving in this case, and not a commanding officer in ICE; according to you, i should just shut up?

Then I have to ask: Are you in the jury? Are you a commanding officer in ICE? If not, according to you, you are "not in any position to make any determination on this case, my opinion is therefore irrelevant."

It's like when the weather man stands right in front of the place where you live when he's telling the weather and your thinking, man get out of the way so I can see how cold it is where I live. Sometimes in the heat of the moment you may intend on filming just the license plate on the back of a vehicle and at the same time film other things you may wish later you could edit out without even realizing you did it. Too late though in the excitement they already showed the recording and now it's best to not investigate further in fear others might spot it too.

It's 2026 and the people are so totally brainwashed that you can show them a video of the passenger side of a car and their brain thinks, passenger side look at nothing else. Then a video of the back and they only see what you told them to see. The passenger side and the front are the same one by one you show it to them and they obey and look at what you tell them to see. No one even realizes that from all four directions you can see through the glass to the other side or in the reflection's backward from all four. Other things too but I wont tell the most damaging thing they cannot see because they only looked at what they were told.

So accoring to you, the only ones relevant to this discussion, are americans jury members who are directly involved in this case and/or are a commanding officer in ICE. Which reduces the number of relavant humans to a very small number. So, if you don't qualify to these standards, then ZNP has banned himself/herself from discussing this matter with any relevance whatsoever.

I saw the video you posted. Nothing on this video goes against that the ICE man killed this woman and that he should have a punishment accordingly. Don't you have the death penalty in US ?

Did you notice that in Fox news video it omits the portion where the break lights come on, the reverse lights next, then the reverse lights go off and the break lights next? Wonder why this is omitted from the Fox news videos. Look at this, don't look at that even though their in the other videos just look at what we say.

I just notice in some they come on and go off but in others they do not. Is it AI? How can some videos on one news station show them clear as day and in others not? Which of the videos are doctored?

That's a very good and fair question dude.
I think it's a mixture of misuse of technology like AI, and direct cherry-picking.
My treatment for this is as follows:

Be sceptical. Train your mind into critical thinking. Ask for documentation and proof.

Yes, if you were on the jury you would have a special relevance to the case, if you were a commanding officer who is going to decide if this was a valid shooting or not then yes, your opinion would also matter. Otherwise the only thing that matters is the facts in the case and the law.

So when you say you disagree with me, it doesn't matter, it is irrelevant. What would be relevant is a discussion of the law and the facts.

You know what we have in the US? Google. Go ask google these questions and stop wasting people's time. No one has charged this person with a crime, unless he actually is charged and prosecuted the question is an absurd hypothetical from someone who has absolutely nothing to do with the case.

Funny, ZNP. This way of arguing didn't work even in 2015. Since you obviously do not understand why, i have to explain it to you:

Google anything, and you will get anything. Understand ?
Google will give you 10 000 000 links. That says nothing. You have to give specific references that boosts your claims. Just saying "Google" is really wasting people's time. Do you understand ?
