Here's an album that's acoustic with straight up scripture:

I did yes, using AI and Scripture references from the ESV translation. I have one original album up and more on the way. I wrote my own lyrics to my original albums, but I don't have a band or resources for making the music is want, so hence I use AI to assist me. Those albums are also free, so if you want to download it and listen to it on the go, feel free to do so. They are made with the intent to encourage my brothers and sisters, and myself.Did you make this album? It is awesome

It doesn't always sound soulless (even though it is lol), but it depends on the genre, style, prompts, and source/version used. I've made some that sound "soulful" and some that aren't. It is a very handy tool to use, especially if the style of music you are wanting to achieve can't be found, and it can be fun, but yes, it should and won't ever take over real life people composing and singing, because well... it simply can't.I could tell it was AI.
AI can sing pretty, but it can't sing meaningful. It always sounds soulless.
AI musical accompaniment is pretty handy sometimes though.
Or vice versa. So much has already been done in music that it is hard to find through the endless ocean of today's music. You can prove me wrong, but I haven't found Christian bands that use synthwave, metal, and EDM into one style, with both male and female duet singers that use solid theology in their music, and by solid I mean using well interpreted Scripture (i.e. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me does not equal, I can do anything I want to). Linkin Park is one of the few bands that come to my mind that did this well, but they are not Christian, and I don't care for bad language in the music I listen to (their earlier stuff was great and clean). That's just one example, but my point at the end of the day is I can use AI to make styles I can enjoy rather than spending hours trying to find a band that may not exist. Of course, I very much enjoy listening to real people rather than a machine. If you know of any bands in the Christian genre that fits what I described above, please post them here. I would very much be interested. If you can't find a style of music you are looking for, you aren't looking hard enough. So much has already been done in music.

What AI can't be is spiritual. It doesn't always sound soulless (even though it is lol), but it depends on the genre, style, prompts, and source/version used. I hope you read my post carefully, because if you're assuming I think AI is spiritual, read it again. Saying something can sound soulful is not the same as saying it has a soul, or is spiritual. What AI can't be is spiritual.
