I get it, but what is the purpose of the local church? Is it not to equip the saints, the believers? If the gospel is being preached every week, the members are not growing up in their faith. They remain babes in Christ.

John 146
Unfortunately, many local churches Today are not very well equipped spiritually! Many teach religion, and only a few teach Biblical; in My opinion. I speak spiritual and attending knoledge of This Subject; for I had, in My younger days; taken a course to become a Minister of the Bible.

There are genuine Christians and there are "nominal" or pseudo Christians. There are genuine believers and there are make believers, and it's not hard to find them mixed together in various churches and on various Christian forum sites.

Who decides which is which? The Pastor of The Congregation? Do One simply go0 up front in The Congreation and say: "I believe? Then why Christ ? ?

Nobody “decides” in the sense of final judgment; that is in the Lord’s hands. What humans can judge is fruit.

The Thing that I have found in most Bible Sites is that people's opinions are expressed more that the Bible Truth! This is why there are so many Denominations Today! Also, The Bible can't be correct; for there is also The Quran and The Book OF Enoch, for example.

So which is really correct ? Are all of Them

Ask Father in risen Son for you and see love and mercy to all, for all to be new as born new by God Father through risen Son for you, thank you
God loves us all, had been doing that from day one in the fall of the first Adam. Today we have the second Adam, where new life in Father's Spirit and Truth resides to love all, not a few anymore, time to ask Father you think, I know after doing that and standing in it seeing Col 1:21-23 Father won in Son for us to be new in Daddy's Spirit and Truth John 4:23-24

There are lost people everywhere, just look around yourself. Should they be denied access to a church? They may come once and never return, but we cannot see into their heart - only God can do that!

Deny access? Of course not, but the sermon should be geared toward equipping the saints, to increase their faith and knowledge of the word of God.

Should the local church preach the gospel to its congregation? The gospel of Jesus Christ is how he died for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day. Shouldn't those in the local assembly already have this checked off? Isn't church about equipping the saints through the preaching of the word to walk as children of light? When people hear the same message over and over, they do not mature in their faith but remain babes in Christ.

Thoughts??
the churches SHOULD preach the FULL account of what Jesus DID and Said, The full account!

Jesus did ask disciples to preach in FULL to ALL nations what he said and done it is called the great commission;

Here’s a list of the major passages commonly called the “Great Commission”

Matthew 28:18–20
And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Mark 16:15–16
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

Luke 24:46–49
And he said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. And ye are witnesses of these things. And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.

Acts 1:8
But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

the churches SHOULD preach the FULL account of what Jesus DID and Said, The full account!
Along with everything (recorded in Scripture) that Peter, John, Luke, Paul, James, Jude and the author of Hebrews did, said, and wrote... the full account.

The Apostle Paul teach?

He taught the "Gospel of the Kingdom" that Jesus said was preached starting with John the Baptist going forward

Luke 16:16
The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it.

Now the false grace teachers will come and reply and claim Paul taught something other than what Jesus said which is accusing Jesus of being a liar and not knowing what He's talking about.

No, the false grace teachers are the liars and they twist the teachings the Lord Jesus taught thru Paul to their own destruction

2 Peter 3:16
As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.

Because that belief in Jesus is the only thing that saves anyone.

But the false grace teachers reject Jesus and make Paul to be their savior

They will even tell you that we are to ignore what Jesus taught and listen to Paul only.

They obviously didn't see what their boy Paul said about those that do not accept the Words of Jesus

1 Timothy 6:3-5
If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;
He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings,
Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.

Teaching is important but so is fellowship with like-minded people.

The New Testament teaches us to not fellowship with those walking in darkness which makes up the majority of people claiming to be Christians especially the catholics and those following so called reformed theology

Ephesians 5:11
And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather correct them.
(See 1 Timothy 6:3-5 also)

Are you against Paul's epistles to the church, the body of Christ?

It's not ignoring what Jesus spoke because Paul amplified many things that Jesus spoke.

It's understanding the context of the narrations of the ministry of Jesus to Israel.

Paul was the apostle to the Gentiles and Paul is our primary source in the N.T.

Jesus was sent to the Jews only.

The words of Jesus as was revealed to Paul through an abundance of revelation, truth that was never taught before but was revealed specially to Paul for the church.

Is the local church a closed, self-contained unit, unopened ti outsiders, or is it a base, an outpost, a beacon of light, open to outsiders for the purpose of reaching out and saving lost souls?

Certainly not, but the sermons from the pastor should be geared toward equipping the saints. It is the believers call to go out and preach the gospel to the lost, not bring lost people to church in order to hear the gospel. Every believer should be able to present the gospel of Jesus Christ. Lost people are never commanded to go to a local church to hear the gospel message.

and they do not contradict Jesus' teachings as the false teachers claim.

Christ is the Foundational truth of all Scripture the gospel is the power of God for Salvation, Why would one not present that each Sunday? Unless one is not expecting anyone new to come into the building.
