If you are a sister following Christ, and your continually reading the words man or men in scripture, well why is that?

The English words man and men are the words the translators chose to communicate the Greek word anthropos. Anthropos is used 347 times for the word man, and 192 times for the word men. It's true definition is human being, or mankind. Their are many other variants, but if you ever wondered about that, hopefully this helps.

The word that means male only is aner, and is used 75 times.

You realize Man called Eve, Eve, God called them both Adam Genesis 5
God does not see man as better than woman or woman as better than man

For me it takes the two as One, God and Son the two go together as One do they not?
