I have an interpretation of The Book of Revelation that I would like to share. However, it may not be what is wanted on this site. So, I will share a verse and see if that is what you like. How about Rev. 1:1. The angel is tasked with showing John the revelation. Which, by the way, he does beginning in Chapter Five. The revelation is set to four storylines, each containing a specific series of Chapters. The first is Chapters 5-8, the second is 8-11, the third is 12-16, and the fourth is 17-21. Each storyline states the same story with a different emphasis.

Rev. 1:2
In this verse, John instructs that he wrote The Gospel According to John in three parts, and the Book of Revelation, likewise.
a) "Who bare record of the word of God, (This is the beginning)
.....b) and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, (This is the ending)
c) and of all things that he saw." (And this is everything between the beginning and the ending)

At this point, I will go to Chapter Thirteen, which is in the mark of the beast storyline (Ch. 12-16).

And beginning with Rev. 13:1,
"And I stood upon the sand of the sea," (As you may recall from Chapter Ten, the angel standing upon the sea and the earth gave John authority over these things. So now we see John, like the angel in Rev. 10:2, standing on the sea from which the beast arises.

"and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, (The sea of mankind)
having seven heads and ten horns, (These are governments)
and upon his horns ten crowns, (This denotes the authority by which Babylon falls in Rev. 17:16)
and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. (and upon the seven heads is the false prophet Blasphemy (Rev. 13:11)

There is a distinction between the ten governments burning Babylon and the seven governments presided over by the false prophet Blasphemy (Rev. 13:11).

Rev. 13:2 KJV
a) "And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard,
...b)and his feet were as the feet of a bear,
......c) and his mouth as the mouth of a lion:
......c) and the dragon gave him his power,
...b) and his seat,
a) and great authority."

Parallel "a" shows the leopard, Germany, as the third member of the false godhead. Parallel "b", shows the bear Russia, as the savior in this false godhead. And parallel "c" shows Great Britain as the power position in this false godhead. These three nations fall to the beast of Rev. 13:1, giving him, via the dragon, which is the false prophet of Rev. 13:11, his power as the father, his seat as the savior, and his great authority as the holy ghost. Thus, the beast of Rev. 13:1 arises to destroy these three governments and become the god, the savior of the world, as he recovers, as shown in the next verse.

Hi LTL glad you are joining us, welcome to the fellowship at CC! My main objective is to reach people with the gospel so they won't get left behind with the antichrist. Different translations are interesting as long as they don't sway from the original text which primarily are Hebrew, Aramaic and Koine Greek. Have a wonderful New Year, God bless you and yours✨

Hi Faithlife. I do not know the Hebrew, Aramaic, or Koine Greek texts, but only the King James Version. I also have the NIV on the shelf with a few others, but I like the KJV that I am used to working with. I hope that is okay. Also, my area of interest is The Book of Revelation, and to show the prophecy contained therein. If that is not a fit for this site, then I can stop my postings. I understand your left behind doctrine to which you speak. If this is the only doctrine allowed on this site, then I understand with no hard feelings. Please let me know if I am free to continue sharing my interpretation of The Book of Revelation. Thank You. It is in the Savior's hands, not mine.
