Step 1: understand that I AM made you.
Step 2: understand that Jesus saves you.
Step 3: understand that Jesus Christ and the Father are one
Step 4: understand that I AM WHAT I AM.
Step 5: Meditate on the inner part of you that is love, knowing that it is of Gods spirit. Ignore everything that tries to obstruct it, letting no voices discourage you from it. Watch it grow.

As far as you should know that you are not the only person in the universe,
You should also remember that there is not an exact copy of yourself out there.

How is this different from any self-help book?

I say this to all:
You don't have to sin if you don't want to.

Understand that this verse is true: Deuteronomy 2:7.
You have lacked nothing. You have the promise of eternal life.

When you add to or remove from Gods word, you will surely find yourself guilty of hypocracy.

Though sometimes God may test you though a period of evil, know that He finally means it for good. Think of all the people you've helped, and who you have saved through your works.

If you weren't crazy for God almighty, you wouldn't be keeping Him in mind all the time.
Calm down, and practice purifying self-control.
Find something clean to patiently observe, even if it's something that doesn't inherently involve Him.

If you are troubled, start making a habit of saying 'help me Jesus' in your soul.
Don't don't judge anything that comes into your mind, just continually ask for help towards all things.
Don't be anxious about anything in the process. Just keep praying sincerely, and you won't be dissapointed.

Come to beleive that Jesus has saved you in your heart, without any words or visualizations.
