You got wrecked. And BTW, there was no compulsion to keep the Passover.
Anyone could (and many did) refuse to comply with God's plan of deliverance.

So, God failed!? He didn't deliver Abraham's descendants from the clutches of Pharaoh -- himself a type of Satan?

You should pray that God cleans out all the rubbish in your attic.

People witness to the non-elect all the time! 24/7 -- every day of the week. Even Jesus witnessed to the non-elect!
Christians witness to unbelievers. Christians KNOW and UNDERSTAND that His salvation is FREELY offered to all.

The reformed dumpster fire calls them the "non-elect.".......Non humans, animals.

rogerg gave NightTwister's post a "winner" reaction ... smh ... gotta wonder who the "none can hear" folks are ...

on a brighter note ... hope/pray all is well with you Kroogz!

.
They love giving each other awards for obscuring the gospel message?

Yea sounds crazy to me too.

They function on a "caste" system.
Those who they consider to be the unsaved are the "untouchables".

They clearly declare that even He Who touched and cleansed lepers, drank from the cup of harlots and dined with tax collectors doesn't want anything to do with them.

You as well! Keep up the good fight. Always a pleasure to read your insights.

Whether you know it or not, you temper us " big mouths" through your kindness and patience........At least for me.

Hey, RDBD, this is what you wrote in part earlier about the CURE for ignorance and blindness

"...ignorance and blindness are cured through correct preaching of God's Word"

Perhaps you should be kind to yourself and check yourself into a mental institution to see what's wrong with your memory and why you can't connect cognitive dots too well either.

And many Christians also "KNOW" and UNDERSTAND" that Christ didn't die for all mankind in the distributive sense. After all, while you may think God is a village idiot, nonetheless He knew in eternity who would reject Christ, so why in the world would He send his Son to die for such godless Christ haters?

I gave this analogy several days ago: I know for a fact that my next door neighbor can't stand fish. Never eats the stuff. So why would I go to his house with a ice cooler full of fresh caught fish and leave it on his doorstep? Granted...that is something you probably would do, but rationale, intelligent, straight thinking people would not.

Another bizarre vacuous banal vague non-answer.
Unless you happen to find legally binding marriage offensive and a joke.

I could not figure out what he said either....

They may call it grace, to save face.
But their concept?
Is a bizarre form of legalism.
So, to them?
To reject what they have?
Is to reject grace!

Then if you wish to sort it out to correct their error?
They will come up with another diversion, so nothing gets resolved.

Some have been empowered to block presentations of clear teaching.
Why is that?

The truth will make us free.
Free from Satan's dynasphere....

I think God would see a lot of raised hands, if He asked us...

Who would like to see Rufus get his spanking from Me?

To show you and I who He really is.

You were Godless and a wretched sinner before you were saved.......And He died for you.

He shows us His character and nature. His Benevolence. His Kindness. His LOVE. His integrity. His PERSON........Seems these attributes of Him are an anathema to you.

As @Genez asked earlier: Why send Christ to the cross? If you are this God loving, righteous and holy "elect" from the foundation of the earth......Why would He have to die for you?

Translate: I cannot give you a straight, honest answer to your Exodus question because the the only correct answer would wreck my false gospel.

I do not even know what your "Exodus" question was.
And, I find you not worth searching out due to your bitter way of thinking....

In other words:

Keep your mouth shut.
Put the basket over your light.
Don't pick up your cross.

God hates sinners, so why try to show these sinners that they don't like fish because theirs is rotten. I will keep my fresh halibut to myself. I am the only one deserving of it.

You forgot what you posted earlier about the how we need good pastors to impart truth to us. There was definitely a disconnect between the text you quoted and what you wrote. Did the text in Ps 119 tell us to run out and find good preachers!?
since you interjected yourself into a response I made to a post submitted by brightfame52, you misconstrue the point made ... shrug ... typical Rufus.

Rufus said:
My bible tells me that the Word of God is totally sufficient for salvation, for growth, for correction, etc.
if you would go back to the post submitted by brightfame52, perhaps you might understand the post I submitted in response.

Rufus said:
And the reason for the incongruity between what you quoted and what you wrote is your love and commitment to a humanistic theology that makes man's will the ultimate and efficacious power behind man's salvation. In your world, man is ultimately in charge!
Actually, we are workers together with God (1 Cor 3:9) ...

see also ...

2 Corinthians 5:17-6:1

1 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.

21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

6:1 We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain.

Hey, RDBD, this is what you wrote in part earlier about the CURE for ignorance and blindness

"...ignorance and blindness are cured through correct preaching of God's Word
sigh ... the first point in the post submitted by me:

ignorance is due to ...
never having been taught;

the verse at the end of the post responds to the "never having been taught":

Psalm 119:130 The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.

The "... ignorance and blindness are cured through correct preaching of God's Word" comment relates to the point:

having been taught incorrectly

The only remedy for suppressing the truth in unrighteousness point ... is the day of judgment (2 Peter 2:9) ...

while I appreciate your concern for my mental health and wellbeing ... perhaps you should consider a remedial reading course for your comprehension issues ... I just walked you through the same issue relating to a different point a couple days ago Rufus ... just sayin'

God bless you and yours on this Christmas Day Rufus!

seeing how you treat some of your fellow believers in the pages of this thread ... that sounds like something you would do to whoever it is you refer to as "FWer" or "freewiller"

He died for the sins of everyone to reveal that He took upon Himself the full responsibility for the fall of man.

He allowed for one man (Adam) to decide for all of us to become fallen. We had no choice in the matter.
So, through one man (Jesus) He took Adam out of the equation, and made it so each one of us will decide for himself his choice.
It is His grace that He gives to all while being drawn to salvation, an equal chance to be saved. That way, we each are accountable before God for ourselves. No one else decides our fate.

"For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men."

Titus 2:11

You not only would give fish to your next store neighbor that would never eat it but you'd give him rotten fish to boot!

And if God spanks me that because I'm merely a little child in his eyes. But He would never spank any professing believer who thinks they are mature, grown up, adult, wise, self-sufficient, self-reliant, self-sustaining. God is too much of a "gentleman" to do something that crass, right?
