It would be nice to make it simple and about the kids and not seeing how much garbage you can get them.

It is called white privilege and you need to get WOKE. Hospital records indicate "Sex Assigned at Birth" because that is all it is. o_O
Rubbish. I speak real English, not the dialect spoken by Americans. You should realise that.

To hell with "woke" and I mean that literally. Sex is not assigned, it is acknowledged. I hope you are being sarcastic.
There are more of us than you, so we have the correct English. If you are in the UK, it'd be very interesting to hear people complaining about "white privilege". Muslims, Indians, and others emigrate from their wonderful nations and then complain.

Actually in the law of Moses he says that the army must bring a shovel with them so they can bury their poop and the law is explicit about how touching something unclean like poop makes you unclean, the Bible also talks about washing your hands before eating, and of course Jesus talked about poop going down the drain. So I have no idea what Bible you are talking about. The elements of sanitation are all in the Bible, just because it doesn't use the term for a modern manufactured item is irrelevant, the principle is there.
No argument whatsoever about the principle. I was just attempting to inject a little humor in this hostile thread.

This is 25 pages going through verse references in the Bible about the rapture that also appear to be describing Christmas.

It is mostly random, incoherent, unprofessional blathering that has nothing to do with history or research and a lot about his opinions/guesses via his tinfoil hat. He writes about Santa.. which is an anagram for Satan. Those quick clever minds of hell! They are so clever a child could figure it out, yet we never could! December 25 is going to be the date of the anti-Christ.

All Christians celebrate Christmas the same way as Anglo-Saxons. In Mexico Rudolph is known as Rodolfo el Reno de la Nariz Roja. he will bring you coconut flavored cookies colored as the Mexican flag. Santa bring good boys and girls rice and the bad enjoy the smell of evil from the beans left for them.

The Hidden Date of Jesus' Birth | Biblical Math Proves It

Late September, according to the Bible

I believe some will find this very interesting

“Long dead, but heavily credentialed academically J. B. Lightfoot is the author. He died as Chaplain in ordinary to Queen Victoria (British Israelism connection obv.). Considered one of the greatest biblical minds of his time. Never heard of him before, but...guy's writings all pertain to and based in Jewish writings & history
"About John Lightfoot’s Bible Commentary.
A Commentary on the New Testament From the Talmud and Hebraica by John Lightfoot"
He wrote:

"VI. It is probable Christ was born at the feast of Tabernacles. (7/15) "Which is the day the 1000 year reign of the KING begins"
 • So it ariseth exactly to three-and-thirty years and a half, when he died at the feast of the Passover” (1/14)
Memberofbride: stumbled upon” by my own studies. the first day of the Feast of Tabernacles is 7/15, Christ died on 1/14 using God's calendar, going forward or backwards from 7/15, 6 months --you always come to 1/14 the day He died, and he died at 33 1/2 of age exactly. and that also means Christ was Born on 7/15/ 4 BC. From 7/15/4BC until 1/14/31AD is exactly 33 1/2 years

The entire passage is found here, about 1/3 of the way down:
https://www.christianity.com/bible/commentary.php?com=lgth&b=40&c=2

I also found this on line.

"Matthew Henry states:

"It is supposed by many that our blessed Saviour was born much about the time of the Feast of Tabernacles;

He left his mansions of light above to tabernacle among us (John 1:14), and he dwelt in booths.

The Bible does not specifically say the date of Jesus' birth. We know it was not during the winter months because the sheep were in the pasture (Luke 2:8).

A study of the time of the conception of John the Baptist reveals he was conceived about Sivan 30, the eleventh week.

When Zechariah was ministering in the temple, he received an announcement from God of a coming son. The eighth course of Abia, when Zechariah was ministering, was the week of Sivan 12 to 18 (Killian n.d.).

Adding forty weeks for a normal pregnancy reveals that John the Baptist was born on or about Passover (Nisan 14).

We know six months after John's conception, Mary conceived Jesus (Luke 1:26-33). Therefore, Jesus would have been conceived six months later in the month of Kislev. Kislev 25 is Hanukkah. Was the “light of the world” conceived on the festival of lights?

Starting at Hanukkah, which begins on Kislev 25 and continues for eight days, and counting through the nine months of Mary’s pregnancy, one arrives at the approximate time of the birth of Jesus at the Festival of Tabernacles (the early fall of the year).

During the Feast of Tabernacles, God required all male Jews to come to Jerusalem.

Joseph and Mary were unable to find a room at the inn because of the influx of so many pilgrims.

They may have been given shelter in a Sukkah, which is built during a seven-day period each year accompanying the celebration of the Feast of Tabernacles.

The fields would have been dotted with Sukkoths during this harvest time to temporary shelter animals.

The Hebrew word “stable” is called a Sukkoth (Gen. 33:17).

"And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn (Luke 2:7)."

Joseph and Mary took the child and flew to Egypt and remained there until they were told by God that Herod was dead.

Joseph and Mary brought the baby Jesus into Jerusalem forty days from His birth for Mary's purification and the child's dedication (according to Torah this had to be done within forty days of the birth of a male child–not doing so is considered a sin).

This indicates that Herod died within the same forty days, because as long as Herod was alive, they could not appear at the Temple. (According to Josephus’ calculations, Herod's death occurred during the Autumn in the fourth year before the Common Era 4 b.c.e.).

End of Quote:

Concerning the date of birth: From 1/14 until 7/15 is exactly 6 months, going forwards or backwards, thus being born on 7/15 and dying on 1/14 proves Christ died at exactly 33 ½ years of age – to the day.

Well no one knows the exact day so the 25th was chosen, others celebrate Old Christmas Day.

Then of course we have the one about the day of the Lord coming as a thief in the night. Santa coming down the chimney in the middle of the night when everyone is asleep is precisely how a thief comes. But Santa leaves presents, rather than stealing something, so what does he steal.

He's not real!!!! He doesn't steal anything!! rofl

Santa having a list of who is naughty and nice and then bringing gifts to every house on earth in one night, that is a mockery of the doctrine of the rapture.

Z you are one odd old rooster. I have traveled many a mile and met thousands of people in all denominations and never heard the stuff you drum up.

How about reading the first post and responding to what he actually wrote.

I did and it does not seem you or he can understand the difference between Christmas as a universal Christian celebration with different ways of celebrating and Anglo-Saxon specifics pertaining to Christmas.

If you can't respond to Santa,

I already did, Santa derives once -again- in Anglo-Saxon cultures. He is based on the person Saint Nicholas and both were merged, once again, in Anglo Saxon culture.

You see, not all humans or Christians are living in Amerika.

Flying reindeer,

Christmas myth from 1823, eight reindeer.
Anglo-Saxon.

Christmas trees

Anglo Saxon, plays from now Germany during the winter with evergreens decorated with apples to represent the tree of life.

and December 25th, all of which are not in the Bible

How could December 25th even be in the bible? Please explain how December 25th, from the 1852 Calendar be reflected in the narratives written?

then your posts are simply a red herring and everyone will soon learn to ignore you and your posts.

People like you use words used against you that you do not understand. In what way is anything I wrote a red herring?

Not my will but His will.

Did He tell you to go to Sunday school? Nope but many of us have. There were no offering plates, there were no sermons that stopped at exactly 12pm so folks could get the best seats at Chick fil A. Wedding bands, also not in the Bible. Churches, not in the Bible. And a bunch of other things that I could list.

5 One person considers one day more sacred than another; another considers every day alike. Each of them should be fully convinced in their own mind. 6 Whoever regards one day as special does so to the Lord.

I'm all for celebrating the birth of the Lord Jesus Christ, but that is not what he asked and your response is not addressing the first post.

Did Jesus ask you to poop on a toilet or did the bible give instructions for digging the ground, pooping, and then returning to camp?
He asked about Santa, flying reindeer, and Christmas trees.
Anglo-Saxon... learn that there are other humans other there.
He also said that December 25th is an arbitrary date that makes no sense as the birth of Jesus (if Jesus was born on that day everyone in Israel would have been travelling around December 21, 22, 23 and 24th.
December 25th was the winter solstice.

These are the shortest days with the longest nights. Since few people had horses most people would have been travelling by foot or in a cart. A cart on a dirt road can be far worse than walking. That means the elderly, children, infants, pregnant women. What ruler is going to send them travelling all over the country in the dead of winter.

Who is sending all of israel in the "dead" of winter. It is not the arctic, it is the middle east.

30-40 degrees F is typical in Israel

Nope! You did not even qualify or quantify that.

[qupte]When? Where with the Golan heights experiencing freezing weather. It would have been an idiotic time to send everyone walking all over the country. Especially with so few daylight hours.
Who is sending everyone around in light jacket weather. You do know that Israel is a tad bit away from the north pole?

That is garbage. People just buy it. Lets check this Christmas IN THE PLACE HE WAS BORN:

2025: 62F/16.7C and 48F/8.9F

2024: 64/46

He may just sin against our Lord, our Savior! Never once does the bible speak of "Internet" is seems like a pandora's box out of paganism. Can you translate languages? Hmmmmmmmm.
Babyl says, more, more, more.

I have been attempting to articulate my view of Xmas that would be clear and understandable to others.

Communication today is difficult to say the least.

I hope this will suffice:

If a tradition, custom, ritual, practice, holiday – what-ever -- has not been clearly observed and or taught by a man that IS a man of God such as, Moses, David, the prophets, the Apostles and of course Jesus Christ –and found in the WORD of GOD, then it is nothing more than a tradition of men. Man made!

I pass on traditions of men.

Thanksgiving with family, is a national day of thanksgiving to God, I do enjoy it.
