I recently came across the peptide GHK-Cu and I’m curious about its real effects. I’ve read a lot online, but I’m especially interested in hearing personal experiences.

Specifically, I’d love to know your opinions on GHK-Cu and whether it truly helps with skin regeneration, improving elasticity, or reducing wrinkles. Have you noticed any short-term or long-term effects, or experienced any side effects while using it?

Any insights, tips, or honest feedback would be greatly appreciated. I’m looking forward to learning from others who have tried it and understanding what results are actually realistic.

I would save money and eat meat with lots of connective tissue.
If your local market sells pig ears, cow legs (lower half with hooves) and ham hocks, you can cook it into chilli, make bone broth in the crock pot, or whatever recipe you like. Cu is one cofactor as is vitamin C, and zinc. If I had a skin challenge, I would do all those after taking a close up picture.
Then I'd take a picture in the same good lighting each week to track progress.

BTW, if you buy the cow legs from a local farmer or butcher shop, ask them to cut them into 2-4“ pieces so you can fit them into the slow cooker or pressure cooker for multiple meals.

If you wear makeup, I would stop that and start using castle soap with peppermint essential oil. Before the skin is completely dry, you can lightly massage in coconut oil.
