Throughout my life I have probably asked God for a lot of things , many of which I cannot remember . Some of my prayers have been answered in the way I wanted them to b and some have not , God is righteous and always knows what's best for me I know this 100 per cent . One of the things I have asked for is this : God please make me all Yours forever by whatever means You see fit , You are righteous and know me better than I can ever know myself .
I feel as if my prayers have been answered in this instance and I hope they will forever b answered regarding this topic . I am really staring to feel , very powerfully , just how completely dependant I am on God's mercy and generosity towards me . Without His mercy and His generosity and kindness towards me I am , homeless , hungry , naked and alone in this world . These sound like well worn words but , they r more than that . I really feel this , very powerfully . Have done for a few months now . It's almost overwhelming but in a very good way .
Can I ask u ? What things have u prayed for and received ? Maybe in a very powerful way ? Maybe in an unexpected way ? Maybe u prayed for one thing but got something else completely different , how did that work out for u ?

i prayed for the family cat to get well when i was a girl,and he did get better for awhile.i pray for lots of things.the lord will answer when his ready.
O Lord, my friend is so special,
They mean so much to me.
We've walked together for so long,
No closer could we be.
O Lord, please give them healing,
Restore them day by day.
Renew their hope and dry their tears,
Answer them when they pray.
O Lord, you are our Saviour,
Our strength when we are weak.
Your light is hope within our hearts,

Your will Father not mine! and have been being taught through all mistakes I have made and might still make, not able to predict future.
So as Paul I put past behind me and continue on in the present gift of God given life in the Risen Son Jesus Christ

Yes, learning to 100% dependent on God Father and risen Son form me to love all in mercy and truth given me first, not always easy
Then one day, I heard God take away anger in me. God gets all the credit, as I see not to get into pride over it at all. Thanks Sis

I have been praying a variation of this prayer for myself, and also for other. I have been asking God to allow and to do whatever it takes so I am among the saved ones when he returns. And the same for others too.
