The “yellow line” that divides Gaza under the ceasefire plan is now claimed as the “new border”. The IDF Chief Eyal Zamir, said Israel would hold to the current lines behind the yellow line would be held as the border of Israel and presumably defended as such. Here are the facts..

"Military chief says current division of Strip is a ‘forward defensive line for the communities and an offensive line,’ hours after PM says phase 2 of ceasefire deal is imminent
During a visit to the Gaza Strip on Sunday, IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir said that the Yellow Line, demarcating where the Israeli military withdrew to under the terms of the ongoing ceasefire, is “a new border line.”

“We will not allow Hamas to reestablish itself. We control large parts of the Gaza Strip and stand along [strategic] lines. The Yellow Line is a new border line, a forward defensive line for the communities and an offensive line,” Zamir said during a tour of Beit Hanoun and Jabalia, in remarks provided by the IDF." ... https://www.timesofisrael.com/touri...-zamir-says-gaza-ceasefire-line-a-new-border/

Israel should take over Gaza and the so-called West Bank (really Judea and Samaria) completely. They are Israel's territory, exactly as California and a bunch of other states are part of the USA. No one is calling for Texas to be handed back to Mexico or for Hispanics to be granted a part of New Mexico to be a separate state.

The difference is that America is not surrounded by nations that are intent on her destruction. That is being left to Americans to do themselves. A "Palestinian" state would be a knife at Israel's throat. No one in their right mind would accept that. Of course, the world is not in its right mind, so they try to force that situation on Israel.

There are no Palestinians. Yasser Arafat came up with that name in 1964, and proceeded to found a terrorist gang with the same name. And the world demands that Israel to bow down to the followers of a mass murdering paedophile.

I'll not read your link, I'm a bit busy. I found out something yesterday that might interest you. There is no letter "P" in Arabic. "Palestine" is taken from the Latin, Palaestina, which itself was taken from a similar Greek work. "Palestine" is a construct, a word created by Rome as an insult to Israelites. It is linked to "Philistia", the Philistines being Israel's arch enemies of course.

Whatever the Arab's occupying Gaza, Judea and Samaria say, there is no Palestine.

Save you the bother...

"Passports issued by the British, under the British Mandate listed the bearers as Palestinian. A Jew was referred to as a Palestinian-Jew, and Egyptian Palestinian-Egyptian, an Arab was listed as a Palestinian-Arab. The Arabs revolted at being called Palestinians, because they did not want to be referenced as Palestinian. They considered Palestinian a reference borne by Jews and did not want to be referred to in a similar manner. They found being referred to as Palestinian so distasteful they formed a committee to have the title Palestinian removed from their passports, even going so far as burning their passports in demonstration against the title Palestinian."

So you know that the name "Palestine" has been around for a long time then?
Why the bald faced lie then?
You have come up with that Yasser Arafat story more than once now and it is an insult to the intelligence of the readers.

A Jew was referred to as a Palestinian-Jew, and Egyptian Palestinian-Egyptian, an Arab was listed as a Palestinian-Arab.

Yes, and there were also Greek and Italian Palestinians, mostly displaced without compensation.
My relatives were German Palestinians.
Sounds a bit like Australia doesn't it?
Don't you think that place desperately needs equality before the law regardless of race and religion?
The Jewish state idea has no future other than continual war, because it is an assault on all who are not regarded as Jewish.

I have not heard your "Arabs burn passports" story before, but suspect it was something different to the spin you put on it.
There were many people opposed to the British Mandate because they already understood that it was part of the Zionist plan.

You are attached to your religious beliefs about modern Israel, but how far will you go for them?
Would you tell a lie if you thought it would help modern Israel?

Yep, all of us know just what to do, but nobody can do anything about it.

If only, oh if only the president would call some of us up and get our advice! This whole mess could be cleaned up by suppertime.

I know a lot of songs, and they are stuck in my head space and come out once in a while. I don't recall the group but there was a song with a line in it that said "There will never be any peace until God is seated at the conference table". That stuck with me for years and it's the bottom line. There's not going to be peace till then. There won't be a solution till then. Now I have to go and see if I can find the whole song.

Isn't the very enterprise of challenging a neighbor's border in effect inviting him to defend it, and if he happens to gain ground on you in the event of declaration, whether implicitly or explicitly, of the use of force to secure the interest in dispute. Why would the guy that lives across the street have any say in the outcome?

1. During the Peel Commission testimony (1937), Auni Bey Abdul-Hadi, an Arab leader said, “There is no such country [as Palestine]! Palestine is a term the Zionists invented! There is no Palestine in the Bible. Our country is part of Syria.” From Google "attributed to Auni Bey Abdul-Hadi, a prominent Arab nationalist leader, reflecting an early Arab perspective that the region was historically part of Greater Syria, not a distinct Palestinian entity, with the name "Palestine" seen as a Zionist fabrication to serve their national goals, a sentiment voiced in historical Arab discussions and even cited in legal contexts like the ICJ.
  • Historical Perspective: Many Arabs at the time believed the term "Palestine" was a British administrative label (from the Roman Syria Palaestina) and that the inhabitants were simply Syrians or Arabs, not a separate Palestinian people.
  • Zionist Influence: The quote highlights the view that Zionists, by promoting a distinct Palestinian identity and claiming the land as "Palestine," were creating a political fiction to justify their territorial claims. 2. In May 1947, Haj Amin al-Husseini, the grand mufti of Jerusalem and representative of the Arab Higher Committee to the UN said at the General Assembly “Palestine was part of the Province of Syria… Politically, the Arabs of Palestine were not independent in the sense of forming a separate political entity.” 3.PLO executive committee member Zahir Muhsein. He said: “The Palestinian people do not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the State of Israel for our Arab unity. " “Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct ‘Palestinian people’ to oppose Zionism.”

Auni Bey Abdul-Hadi, an Arab leader said, “There is no such country [as Palestine]

Regardless of what Abdul said, there is no justification for killing people and stealing their stuff.
If you are unsure about that read proverbs 1:10

"My son, if sinners entice thee, consent thou not.

11 If they say, Come with us, let us lay wait for blood, let us lurk privily for the innocent without cause:

12 Let us swallow them up alive as the grave; and whole, as those that go down into the pit:

13 We shall find all precious substance, we shall fill our houses with spoil:

14 Cast in thy lot among us; let us all have one purse:

15 My son, walk not thou in the way with them; refrain thy foot from their path:

16 For their feet run to evil, and make haste to shed blood.

17 Surely in vain the net is spread in the sight of any bird.

18 And they lay wait for their own blood; they lurk privily for their own lives.

19 So are the ways of every one that is greedy of gain; which taketh away the life of the owners thereof."

As for the murder of 20,000 children in Gaza, we all know where Jesus stands on the matter:
Matthew 18:6
"But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea."

So what do you think? If Israel had done something like Oct. 7 to Gaza would that justify bombing every building in Israel?
Is this the new way we should be doing business in the world now
Are Christians leading the way in the new Geneva Convention 2.0?

There have always been people who delight in mass killings, but none of them have the spirit of God.
People like these who speak of Jesus drag His name through the mud.

Proverbs 15:10 Correction is grievous unto him that forsaketh the way: and he that hateth reproof shall die.

Regardless of what Abdul said, there is no justification for killing people and stealing their stuff.

1. You're changing the goalposts, you said what @Gideon300 said was a "baldfaced lie", I just proved again that it wasn't.
2. You're fabricating a lie. Israel didn't steal anything or murder anyone to get it. It was the other way round, all the Arabs made war against them thinking they were too weak to defend themselves.

That blood is on Hamas' hands. They are the ones using children and schools and hospitals as shields. They started the war, they murdered innocent babies and children, took babies hostage. They knew what was going to be the result. And still Israel took every precaution not to harm citizens, Hamas didn't give a dang.

911, WW2, Hiroshima, Nagasaki, the Civil War, how many innocent civilians were killed? That's why you don't start a war, because people die, children die. Israel has a right to defend themselves, the same as any other country in the world that is attacked. You don't want dead citizens, don't start wars and make peace like Israel has offered time and time and time again.

Israel isn't one of them. They have tried to make peace time and again. They gave up some of the small amount of land they have to make peace with other countries. They do not delight in mass killings, they do have a right to defend themselves.
