Some religions don’t even believe in any god. Others have multiple gods. Even the monotheistic religions steer people away from God either by rejecting the truth about Him or substituting a false narrative.

Here is what Jesus said, Matthew 16:18

"And I say to you: You are Peter, and on this rock I will build my Church, and the gates of the netherworld will not prevail against it."

Now Jesus says there, "my" church. If so then wouldn't it be wise to look around and see which church is his? It has to still be around since Jesus said the gates of the netherworld will not prevail against it.

If the Bible is true then no, not all religions lead to God. If the Bible isn’t true then anything is possible.

The Church is based on the Scriptures.. Peter founded this church by being the Authority lead by the Holy Spirit to approve or reject what ever scriptures came before Him.. For instance Paul had to go to Peter and get Peters approval before Pauls writings where deemed inspired..

if you are a born again Christian, there shouldn't be any confusion at all. the holy Spirit tells all truths. John 16:13, 14:26.

Only in the most narrow sense does religion lead one to God. Christian typology is found all over the place, and via that typology people can be drawn to Christ. A concept some would refer to as "Cryptianity" where people of faith are drawn to Christ as cryptologically encoded into religion, mythology, and other forms of tradition or media.

It's not really the religion leading the person; but rather, it is God drawing that person through the workable properties of the religion.

Religion is a man made system of beliefs -----that binds you up and ties you to obey their man made rules and rituals of their systems operation -----
Religion allows some half truths which of course is a lie to the Truth
Religion only worships God on the outside
Religions separates because different Religions have different beliefs ---
Religion divides through different denominations
Religion restricts spiritually
Religion bases itself on the Laws of God ---do good get good ---do bad get bad ---and the love of God for Salvation -----no need for Jesus ----
Religion is based on intellectual Faith --5 senses
Religion is an enemy of the Spiritual ---

I'm absolutely certain the answer is emphatically NO! Many are called but few are chosen.
