God decreed to have Adam's sin known and recorded for history. But, God did not decree Adam to sin.

God is faithful. He provides a way for us to escape. we are weak and, at times, we behave rashly ... we do not seek the way God has provided for us to escape and we fall prey.
God also provides a way for us to again fellowship with Him ...

Neither Adam nor Eve rejected the coats ... both were clothed to cover the shame of their sin ... both received remission.

Gen 3:21 reveals God's mercy and grace. The sin of Adam and Eve was remitted through the shedding of blood and God did not leave Adam and Eve to wander about in fig leaves once they were removed from the garden of Eden.
