Now to answer your question the whole family has been blessed with an active will spoken to them, that entered in them

And it was only by the lords will in them could they do.

Judges

Samson went down to Timnah together with his father and mother. As they approached the vineyards of Timnah, suddenly a young lion came roaring toward him. 6 The Spirit of the Lord came powerfully upon him so that he tore the lion apart with his bare hands as he might have torn a young goat

We get A few verses from the calvies.......With their bias read into them.

A doctrinal thesis using ALL verses is "scum" to them.

The Lord Jesus Christ died for all. Salvation is offered to all. All can accept or deny the FREE offer.

This thread is a GLARING example of those who want to hinder/hide/HATE His Gospel to mankind.

Maybe they want to keep out all of that evil sinning depraved rabble (everyone but them supposedly) that Jesus loves?

Yes, Jesus Christ died for for all ALL his sheep, for ALL the elect, for ALL God's covenant people, for ALL the Church, and for ALL the humble.

Which isn't the point.

Unbelievers read these threads.

Us "freewillers" are here to tell them the Good news of His Gospel.

The calvies are here to tell them they are a steaming pile of skubala that God may or may not grant regeneration.

Yeah, "Good one" Bro!!

Talk about reading bias into verses: God so loved the worldand not using all verses offered. . . . . . .

I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which Thou hast given Me; FOR they are Thine. And all Mine are Thine, and Thine are Mine; and I am glorified in them” (Jn.17:9,10). God’s children are made up of those who are scattered among the nation of Israel and the Gentile nations, and not every individual without exception. Christ’s dying “for that nation” (Israel), does not mean He died for everyone in that nation, just as “God so loved the world” does not mean He loved everyone in that world. It is the ELECT of the nation Israel, it is the ELECT scattered among the nations of the world for whom Christ did die, and it is to the ELECT whom God so loved He gave His only begotten Son. And, it is the elect alone, the ones Jesus refers to as “Mine” that are the ones He is glorified in.

It is clear that Christ died for the ELECT only!

I disagree, Bro.

Look, unbelievers who are reading the comments in this Thread are likely to think that we're all a bunch of Idiots, due to our constant fighting with each other, and it could make them even more determined not to want to become Christians!!

Nope. The calvies hinder/hide/hate His Gospel.

Every unbeliever can believe and be saved. He makes sure of this.

And He, when He comes, will convict the world regarding sin, and righteousness, and judgment:

Calvies can't even start the race.

AMEN, brother, preach it! FWers are hell-bent on perverting the Gospel which is why they absolutely refuse to understand important doctrines that are explicitly stated in scripture. They'd much prefer to read their presuppositions into passages such as Jn 3:16, rather than believe explicit passages that tell us for whom Christ died. Ditto for God's love. We have several explicit passages that tell us specifically who it is that God conditionally loves; yet again, they go to a Jn 3:16 text to invent their doctrine by reading their assumptions into the passage.

PLUS -- if Christ died for all w/o exception, then where is the covenant that God cut with all mankind w/o exception? God is a COVENANT God who makes covenants with his chosen people. The only way to understand how God saves the Gentiles of this world, such as Cornelius, is through the Abrahamic Covenant which is being fulfilled in this New Covenant economy. But FWers reject this inconvenient truth because God never promised Abraham that he would become the father of each and every person in each and every nation.

FWT is a man-exalting, man-glorifying, world-loving perversion of precious gospel truth, and this strongly suggests that the love of God is not in many FWers since God's born again saints are forbidden to love the world.

ONE freaking verse teaches that you are not all that you think you are......You special ones are so very conceited.

1 John 2:2
and He Himself is the propitiation for our sins; and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

ALL of us can believe and be saved.......Acts 16:31

It is not just for you and your special ones.

Yes, Jesus Christ died for for all ALL his sheep, for ALL the elect, for ALL God's covenant people, for ALL the Church, and for ALL the humble.
Once again ohhhh humble one........You are a sinner in need of salvation. You are everything but humble. You are miserable to the core. You cannot be humble......Yet you received His Grace.

Special @Rufus is not very special.

You are just as miserable and despicable as all of us who CHOSE to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ.

believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16

Did you notice that it is the use of the "past tense?" Not present tense.
For God does not love the world.
But, at one point in time? He did love the world. Why is that?

Yes! God at some point LOVED the world, but no longer can.

 I wonder why he had loved the world. But, no longer does.

Have you ever thought about that?

Yes, before sin. And that was before Satan vilified the world.......Which was before he created mankind.

The Lord Jesus Christ was before the foundation of this world.

We are in the Kingdom conflict, very few know about it......SAD. I hope and pray more believers wake up to this fact.

Already been completely de-Calvinized. Jewish wedding protocol reference. Has been properly exegeted countless times.

A doctrinal concept far beyond the pay-grade of any biblically illiterate Calvinist in this neck of the woods.

More of the same willful obfuscation by you Calvinists.

God so loved the world, because He loved everyone.
Because in his omniscience he saw everyone as created before the foundations of the world.

No one was created to go to Hell.
