Lately I’ve been sounding the alarm about the rise of AI-generated posts showing up all over this board. It’s becoming pretty obvious when someone isn’t writing in their own voice anymore — the tone changes, the phrasing gets oddly polished, and the replies start sounding like they came straight out of a chatbot instead of a real person.
This isn’t about attacking anyone. It’s about honesty and transparency. If people are going to use AI to argue theology, debate doctrine, or call out others, at least own it. Don’t hide behind it while accusing others of the same thing.
Some folks here have already been caught using AI while pretending they weren’t. When that happens, it undermines real discussion and makes the whole conversation feel fake. If we’re going to have meaningful debates about Scripture, then let’s actually do it ourselves — not outsource it to a machine.
I’m putting this out there because I’d rather see genuine interaction, not AI-generated filler. If people want to use tools, fine — just be straight about it. But let’s not turn this place into a contest of who can copy-paste the most polished chatbot answer.
Anyone else noticing the same trend?
For those I've already pointed out... Numbers 32:23 (KJV) — “your sins will find you out.”
Grace and Peace
