Hello everyone,

I’m currently looking for professional caregiving services for an elderly family member who requires daily assistance with mobility, medication, and general care.

I want to ensure they receive compassionate, dependable support. I would love to hear about your experiences with local agencies or individual caregivers, what worked well, any challenges, and tips for evaluating the quality of care.

Additionally, are there certifications or qualifications I should prioritize when selecting a caregiver? Any advice on balancing affordability with high-quality service would also be appreciated.

A very complicated topic which is based on what state you are at, what type of insurance do the elders have, what their financial situation is and what level of care is provided in each facility based on what you looking for (which you did mention).

But it's a very complicated topic because i'm trying to find a place for my mother to have palliative care and i can tell you from experience that insurances are going to be your number 1 problem and the biggest cause for delays before you're even placed in-line at a facility after you've toured some of them personally based on reviews.
