I guess part of this whole question is stewardship; if you pursue something that lines up with your gifts, and work as unto the Lord, clumsiness is not likely to follow you.
Therein lies the answer! Of course it could be more complicated than that; if a person's gifting is very specific then a job might not be immediately available.... or God could temporarily place us in a job we're bad at to help us learn humility or how to rely on Him.
Or if it's our first job then we might not even know what we are gifted for. I give a lot of teenagers their first job and it's neat to watch their talents develop or help them recognize what their gifts might be.
.....do you think Adam and Eve stubbed their toes and tripped before the fall? Very trivial question, I know, but mildly entertaining to consider.
Haha did you seriously ask if Adam and Eve tripped before they fell?
Really, it's hard to say for certain and I haven't had time for a deep dive into scripture about it, but I would think that they would/could have tripped. From Genesis 3: 22 it sounds like they had mortal bodies like we do, and would have eventually succumbed to old age even in the paradise of the garden. And if Adam was able to experience loneliness before Eve showed up then I'd think he could have experienced toe-stubbing too; even the most athletic/graceful people I know still trip sometimes haha.
God bless, and thanks for the fun premise! As Lynx was saying, If you hop on over to the singles forum, we love this kind of stuff and the crowd that hangs out there is generally a lot more chill and conversational.
