Firstly, whatever translation software you're using is quite poor. The English is awkward, improperly punctuated, and grammatically incorrect. If you expect readers of English to understand your words, find a better tool. Don't presume the Holy Spirit will give the meaning; that's lazy. Of course, if you are not using software, then respect your readers enough to find and use a proofreading tool that will correct your sentences.
Secondly, the thing you keep missing is that God gave clear instructions in the Law for identifying false prophets. While you correctly note that recognizing Jesus as the Son of God and Messiah requires a revelation from God the Father, you incorrectly interpret that to mean people can only discern false teachers and false prophets by similar revelation, and that is simply not what Scripture teaches.
When you say the Bible says something, but it does not say that thing, you are a false teacher. When you claim God told you something would happen, and it does not happen, you are a false prophet. When you say something true but point people to a false god, you are a false prophet.

You said you are after the scripture.
With regards to understanding it is God who is giving the understanding and you can read the scripture.
PROVERS 2:6
6 For the Lord giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.
Then Lord Jesus show a demonstration thru the Disciples on how God the Father is giving understanding. It is also written in the scripture.
Do you think that these people who come from different nations understand what the disciples saying is because by the Disciples the way they speak?
It is God who gave an understanding to these people.
ACTS 2:4-12
4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
5 And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven.
6 Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language.
7 And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak Galilaeans?
8 And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?
9 Parthians, and Medes, and Elamites, and the dwellers in Mesopotamia, and in Judaea, and Cappadocia, in Pontus, and Asia,
10 Phrygia, and Pamphylia, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and strangers of Rome, Jews and proselytes,
11 Cretes and Arabians, we do hear them speak in our tongues the wonderful works of God.
12 And they were all amazed, and were in doubt, saying one to another, What meaneth this?
If I can speak fluently in English. I might be proud of myself and think that people will believe my sharing it is not because God gave them an understanding but because I'm very good in English as you see yourself.
If a good speaker is your basis to believe the person.
If you are an Israelite in the Old Testament you never believe Moses. And you prefer to stay as slave in Egypt.
EXODUS 4:10
10 And Moses said unto the Lord, O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant:
but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue.
This truth is written in the scripture but you never believe because I'm not good in English then you may stay as slave of your hermeneutical method as you believe.
Even I can post many scriptures as you want you still not believe. Because you don't have the understanding. Because God the Father doesn't give you an understanding (Proverbs 2:6). Because you don't know who God the Father is. Without God given understanding (truth) there is no truth within you.
So you are one of the people who heard the Disciples but since there is no God given understanding to them. They taught Disciples are drunk
ACTS 2:13
13 Others mocking said, These men are full of new wine.
It means the other way around. Even I'm a very good in public speaking. Even I'm a grammatical expert. You still not believe because there is no God given understanding within you. You still say Acts 2:13 to me.
