Jn 6:44

44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

No man can come here means no man has the ability to come to Christ. That cancels out the myth that man has a freewill,

It also means that no man has the ability to believe on Christ for Salvation. Because Christ equates believing on Him with coming to Him. Jn 6:64-65

64 But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him.

65 And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father.

What about those Jesus says to them Jn 5:40

40 And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.

Thats answered in Jn 6:44 they simply will not come because they cannot come unless the Power of God draws them and makes them willing

Ps 110:3

3 Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.

If and when one comes to believe on Christ willingly, the credit goes to Gods Power !
just a thought lol on whether no man can come to christ by there own free will.

How about they can if the lord wills it 😂

It's the truth

For since, in the wisdom of God, the world through wisdom did not know God, it pleased God through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who believe. (1 Co 1:21)

How does belief follow salvation in 1 Corinthians 1:21?

13 For “whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.” 14 How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? 15 And how shall they preach unless they are sent? (Ro 10:13–15)

How does belief follow salvation in Romans 10:13-15?

You probably need to discuss this point of doctrine with someone you trust so that at least you can get this one point right.

Pertaining to the Jews the Bible is a mystery because of the choice words being used.

First we have:
1. Isaiah Prophecy which Paul confirmed and Jesus tells His Disciples about how the Jews are [{(Blinded and Deaf)}] so they cannot recognize Jesus as their Messiah because He is there to DIE not be the King to worldly save them.

Secondly based on the Jews being Blinded and Deaf:
2. John 1 says Jesus came to His Own and they knew Him ((not)...
Of course they didn't know Him they were on purpose Blinded and Deaf.

Thirdly is most interesting:
Jesus said only those the Father sends will come to Him which we know were the Disciples.
Had the Jews not been Blinded and Deaf they would have come to Jesus on their own.

But the danger here is what happened 2,000 years ago for the purpose of Jesus dying for all sins Jesus needed Disciples which the Father sent and the rest were Blinded and Deaf so they would kill Jesus.

The danger is applying what God did for a purpose 2,000 years ago and making it a daily belief today. And we see some have ignorantly done just that.

The world does not know Him, nor can the world receive the Spirit of truth.

That means one must be called out of the world before the truth can be known by them. Guess who that applies to...

The only ones who know God are those to whom Jesus chooses to reveal Him. Scripture says so.

from-John14-17etc.png

The world cannot receive the Spirit of truth, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him. The world does not recognize Him. No one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal Him. The one who loves God is known by God. If anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ. The natural man does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned. The mind that is set on the flesh is hostile toward God; it does not submit to God's law, nor can it. Whoever is not from God does not listen to us.

Paul taught that God created man to seek God but refuses to in ACTS 17.

So, that is nowhere close to inability but refusal.

It is rather unique for someone to say that a person is saved before they believe. Even Reformed/Calvinistic people recognize that a person is saved after they believe. They get around this problem by saying that God gifts them "faith" so that He can save them on the basis of their faith. They sometimes refer to this as irresistible grace.

This is Neo-Calvinism promulgated largely by R. C. Sproul who taught regeneration (gift) precedes belief/faith (gift).
Of course this is outside of traditional evangelical Christianity.

Wait a minute here.
One day world means certain people and now today it means the entire world?
It's funny how one Greek word is used for world but YOU CHANGE the meaning according to how you want it to mean!

Eh, I quoted Scripture. It says what it says. Sorry you don't like it...

Have you been called out of the world?

I quote John 3:16 which is Scripture and you say it doesn't mean the whole world. I am using YOUR OWN ACTIONS so I am sorry it's YOU who doesn't like it.

Paul taught inability. Don't know why you repeatedly stumble over and deny this fact.

Paul said the natural man is totally unable to do God's will perfectly, not that he was totally unable to hear the voice of the spirit of truth and follow it as best he could.
