Lord, they put mom in a nursing home today. I pray that the nurses are nice and she makes some new friends. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen

After the third time of my 93 year old grandmother leaving a pan of grease on a hot stove burner, my aunt, who had her POA, finally agreed to placing her in assisted living. For the remaining nine years of her life, she motivated others in the center to get up and move around. She received great care because her family and friends were always dropping in to visit and taking her out for lunch.
I pray that your Mom will receive the family support that she needs for complete care.

Father, I pray for this sweet sister that is transition will be smooth that seamless move. Touch her and fill her with your reassurance as she starts her journey. Amen.
Make certain you visit often. Always check on her and ask how her treatment is! Asking her if she is happy there or not. If there is any problems.
Dear Father, please look after and watch over his mother going into this nursing home. I ask for those around her to be kind and gentle, looking to You for guidance as they all navigate this age and time in their lives. Make Your presence felt and Your light seen by all those who seek and fear You. And keep those who do not fear You far away from her. Give the staff at this nursing home Your heart and may Your will be done in bringing others to Your saving grace. In Jesus name.. Amen
1 Peter 2 verse 24 (Isaiah 53 verse 5, Matthew 8 verse 17) Romans 6 verse 6 plus from 1 John 3 verse 5 ~ He Himself bore our sins in His body on the tree, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. “By His stripes you are healed.” Our old self was crucified with Him so that the body of sin might be rendered powerless, that we should no longer be slaves to sin. Jesus came to take away our sins, and there is no sin in Him.
