I did not assert that. I said he knew about the issue for which Paul rebuked him. You insinuated Peter didn't know.
Knowing that Paul was speaking about the ancient Hebrew Jew and Knowing that He believed and taught Jesus died for both those saved and those who would reject him just like his and John and Peter's Disciples claim + we know that Jesus was addressing the current Jews which to us are ancient we know who the Father sent Jesus because it's in the Bible.And if you had said no, that means you were not chosen/predestined/elected through God's sovereign will.

John 6 v 37 All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never cast out.
We also know because of John, Peter, and Paul Jesus died for both the saved and those who rejected Him so everyone is called to salvation and only those who will accept the invitation are saved.

1 Corinthians 1 v 18 The message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

Your soul is not your flesh!
The depravity of man is not the total depravity of man.
If man were totally depraved?
Every soul would be like a demon who rejected Jesus Christ.
The soul is enslaved to the flesh it was born into.
Jesus sets our soul free from the dominance of the flesh by His power of grace!
Grace power allows our souls' freedom that it could not have known otherwise!

It is with your soul that you believed in Jesus Christ!
Without grace?
No soul would be made free to believe!
Your own quote shows the simplicity of the way to salvation.
It is the power of grace that the flesh finds irresistible to resist when God contains it and allows your soul to make its decision.
Calvinism has the soul unable to resist and must believe.
NO! Grace makes the soul free to make its choice.

One is correct. We have to learn a real meaning of Grace!

It was invented to attract and appeal to a certain mind set.
