Why God the Father considered this fruit as forbidden?

Let us go to the Tree #3: TREE OF KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD & EVIL.
God the Father gave a warning to this tree. If Adam & Eve eat the fruit they will surely die on that day.
GENESIS 2:17
17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
But the serpent, said to Eve once they eat it they will not die.
GENESIS 3:4
4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
In fact when they eat the forbidden fruit they shall be God knowing good & evil.
GENESIS 3:5
5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
Aside from what the serpent said to Eve.
Why Eve was tempted to bite the forbidden fruit?
This is what Eve saw to the forbidden fruit.
1. It is good for food.
2. It is pleasant to the eyes.
3. It makes a person wise.
GENESIS 3:6
6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.
It seems that there is nothing wrong to eat the fruit of Tree #3.
Then why God the Father considered this fruit as Forbidden?
God the Father did not give a warning to any tree. He gave a warning to Adam and Eve about the tree. As for your statement, "It seems that there is nothing wrong to eat the fruit of Tree #3." where do you get that from? God had told Adam and Even not to eat of it, so it was wrong to do so.
It is wrong of course, because God the Father gave the warning not to eat the fruit of Tree of Knowledge of Good & Evil.
But with the result once the forbidden fruit eat. It seems like, let me repeat it, It seems like there is nothing wrong.
Let us read them again one by one.
1. It is good for food. What is wrong to consider it as food?
2. It is pleasant to the eyes. What is wrong when it looks beautiful?
3. It makes a person wise. What is wrong for being a wise?
Remember Eve did see nothing wrong that is why she ate it.
I don't think it is appropriate to say that we are smarter than Eve.
In short if we use man's or our own intellect to understand the description of the fruit. There is nothing wrong with it.
But God the Father gave us a warning.
PROVERBS 3:5
5 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
If we surrender to God the Father our own understanding. Or trust him in Proverbs 3:5. That is an humbleness in God's standard.
If you continue your yawning you might be like Eutychus.
ACTS 20:9
9 And there sat in a window a certain young man named Eutychus, being fallen into a deep sleep: and as Paul was long preaching, he sunk down with sleep, and fell down from the third loft, and was taken up dead.
Yes, to the outward appearance, the fruit looked good for food, was pleasant to the eyes, and appeared to make a person wise. But God had forbidden Adam and Eve from eating that fruit. It wasn't that the fruit itself was bad, but God said, "Do not eat of it." We seem to agree on this, because you quote Proverbs 3:5, about trusting in the Lord rather than our own understanding. When Eve looked at the forbidden fruit, her own understanding told her, "It is good for food, it looks nice, it will make you wise. I will eat it." If she had trusted in the Lord with all her heart, she would have remembered that He had said to Adam:
“And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, “Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; “but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.”” (Ge 2:16-17 NKJV)
Lord Jesus said:
JOHN 3:12
12 If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?
For earthly things, it is so easy when we are just an audience. It is so easy to tell the boxer while in the ring, to do this and to do that. But when we become the boxer or the player, it is so difficult to do it.
I hope you understand what I mean.
Anyway, let us wait to the Lord revelation in Tree #3, Why he considered the fruit as forbidden.

You have been blinded by your own error.
Because Knowledge of Good and evil is evil. Once you have that knowledge you become evil.

Because your recognition to Jesus is not a revelation from the Father but by your hermeneutical method only.
That is why your understanding in the word of God is in letter. that lead to condemnation.
2 CORINTHIANS 3:6
6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.
My recognition to Lord Jesus is by revelation of the Father.
Even I'm not Jesus personally but I can follow his steps as model (being the Son of the living God), which you don't.
1 PETER 2:21
21 For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:
He has already revealed why. If you weren’t so insistent on Scripture being parabolic, you might already understand.
You claimed he already revealed. You just saying it but you don't have the sharing what he reveals to you. You're lying.
You have been blinded by your own error
Because you don't know the real Jesus recognized by the Apostles. According to Jesus in John 8:40-41 you are the spiritually blind.
Then despite you are considered by Jesus that you are spiritually blind, and yet you insist to teach the readers.
But Lord Jesus from his time in the New Testament he already gave this warning. Because the character of Scribes & Pharisees never passed away. And Lord Jesus already exposed you that you have the same character of them.
MATTHEW 15:14
14 Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.

Genesis 3 v 22a Then the LORD God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of Us, knowing good and evil."
Try to notice this.
God the Father gave the warning that on the day they eat the fruit of Tree of Knowledge of good and evil, they will surely die (Gen 2:17)
But the serpent said Ye shall not surely die (Gen 3:4)
Then the serpent said next, when you eat the fruit ye shall be like gods, knowing good & evil (Gen 3:5)
Look at what God the father said when Adam & Eve ate the forbidden fruit.
God the Father confirmed what the serpent said in Gen 3:5 Ye Shall be as Gods. knowing good & evil.
GENESIS 3:22
22 And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
We know that God the Father is telling the truth and serpent is a liar.
But if we use our own intellect to understand what happened. It seems like the serpent was the one telling the truth and God the Father was lying because Adam & Eve didn't die on that day.
This is where the warning of God the Father enter:
PROVERBS 3:5
5 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
Let God the Father reveal the description of the forbidden fruit so he may prove to us that he is telling the truth.

1. It is good for food.
According to Lord Jesus it is not literal physical dead but spiritual dead.
PROVERBS 21:16
16 The man that wandereth out of the way of understanding shall remain in the congregation of the dead.

If I'm attacking you personally. I will tell to myself that you don't have a chance to see the truth anymore.
But I'm leaving to God the Father and hoping someday you will humble yourself so God the Father will introduce himself to you.
Because who can say on that time that Saul of Tarsus become an Apostle.
1st Description of the forbidden fruit.
1. It is Good for Food.
When the Lord Jesus, about to start his 3 years of ministry.
He found the Scribes & Pharisees (religious leaders on that time) were preaching the word of God to the Jews.
Then the Jews were obeying the Commandments of God.
*You shall not commit adultery.
They brought Mary Magdalene to Jesus to punish her.
*You shall not steal.
They crucified the malefactors as a punishment for You shall not Steal.
With what they obey with the commandments of God. They gained happy & peaceful living.
And the Jews belief that is what God the Father wants that is why God gave his commandments.
So the Jews became contented and have no enthusiasm to know who God the Father is.
When Jesus arrived he rejected their belief. because their contentment means they considered the word of God as Good Food only.
So Jesus rebuked them by giving the 2 great commandments and which is the first commandment of all.
And one of the Scribes humble himself and he understand Jesus rebuked
MARK 12:28-31
28 And one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first commandment of all?
29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:
30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.
31 And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.
