I see things more simply.
Philippians 4:19
New American Standard Bible
And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
God will move mountains to meet our needs. If you need deliverance, He will do it.:)

Well I got to say that's kind of interesting. There's actually one Minister over in Portland Oregon that specializes in SRA Survivor.

Frankly I put it down as an exorcism which is normally performed by a Catholic priest. However it could be performed by someone who has faith. I do not judge but I have not heard of any of this Deliverance ministries until today.

Deliverance ministries are on the internet. I find them as well as the fake ones.

My daughter was sick. She lives in another state. At the time we heard about her illness a young couple and their children were staying at our house. The young man approached me and said that he would like to pray for our daughter. This was just before a meal. So, when I was done giving thanks for the meal I also prayed for our daughter and so did the young man and his wife. I said to him ”praying for the sick should be as common, in our culture, as giving things for food“.

If someone has a gift of healing and or deliverance, they should not turn it into a ministry, but rather teach others how to heal the sick and provide deliverance to those who need it.

Who comes to mind are Charles and Frances Hunter. They had a great healing ministry, they both went to glory late 2000's, and proclaimed all illness was an evil spirit. They would say something like 'I cast you spirit of cancer out and I curse your seed and curse your root, in Jesus' name...now be free'. They ministered to people who were given up to die and looked like it. They believed strongly that believers have been given this authority and had healing schools. A close friend was scheduled for a double mastectomy and Frances told her 'don't you dare go until I pray over you'. By the time her friend went in for surgury, they couldn't find any cancer and had to keep checking, lol.
This scripture was a major influencer in their ministry,
'And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover' Mark 16:17-18. I'm with them, believers can and should be delivering people from all sorts of bondage and not be timid or afraid to. Like she and others say, 'step out in faith' bc we're trusting in God's promises.
Actually they did exactly what Aaron56 said right above me except they did have a wonderful no frills ministry as seen on YT🙏🙌

what is sra

Paul writes, ' He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love'. Col 1:13.
The deliverance phenomena, flies in the face of this truth. Satan's power is broken when someone is regenerated.
Casting so called demons out of Christians has no biblical mandate. It is bad theology. That is why I earlier wrote that most deliverance ministries are bogus.

Deliverance ministries are one of those things inherited from the Catholic exorcism. From what I've seen, most of their justification comes from a faulty interpretation of scripture, especially Ephesians 6 where Paul writes to put on the whole armor of God. What deliverance ministers have missed in this passage is Paul exhorts them to "stand" no go on the offensive.

I don't know that much about the Catholic practice of exorcism; however, modern deliverance ministries usually focus on Christians. They rely on faulty doctrine that says Christians can be possessed by demons, or "demonized" as they like to call it. I haven't read anything at all in the New Testament about what to do for believers who are demonized. Seems to me that if the Lord foresaw this was going to be a major problem for believers, he would've left instructions on what to do about it.

I have little doubt that if you follow the money, it will lead to the true motives behind these ministries.

”praying for the sick should be as common, in our culture, as giving things for food“.

It should have read "thanks" instead of "things".

"And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, 13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ..."

The "ministry" that is being equipped in this passage is that of the saints.

When a person starts their own gift-based ministry it becomes a cult of personality - more focused on the person and what he or she can do as opposed to equipping the saints. As @ResidentAlien said, these endeavors often lead to money grabs and the fleecing of the people.

Luke 13 10Now Jesus was teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath. 11And [e]there was a woman who for eighteen years had had a [f]sickness caused by a spirit; and she was bent over double, and could not straighten up at all. 12When Jesus saw her, He called her over and said to her, “Woman, you are freed from your sickness.” 13And He laid His hands on her; and immediately she stood up straight again, and began glorifying God.
Jesus Himself performed deliverance ministry to a godly woman bound for 18 years. All context agrees.

Whether it be of self, evil or of God, matters not, why?
God is always available in God's Spirit and Truth, the Holy Spirit
The Disciples asked this? Hey Jesus there are others stating, talking of you and are not of us. Cast fire down on them as Elijah did
Jesus replied to glory in any divided kingdom, fro anyone divided will not stand. If, since my name is preached, let it be, why?
For those in truth true seeking will find God, whom is not hiding, ever from anyone. Looking at Paul in Jail, not complaining, not whimpering, standing in glory anyways. The Jail help saw this and wondered, who does not complain over bad things that have happened to therm or happening to them?
The Jail hop through this came to belief also
A divided person, cannot see, yet God's grace is poured out as well on us all. That is what turned me also, seeing this amazing mercy, that I do not deserve to be given ever. I see this love and mercy of Son. I respond, no more create anything anymore
