They can't help you?
Can you walk? Do you have a car? Can you walk to make a phone call if you don't have a phone?
What if you call 911? Maybe they can direct you to where you need to be? There are many ways to ask for help in USA.
Do you live in USA?
 
Hopefully some UK members here can give you some advice based on the laws and culture of your country.
But i think that if you're cut off with no help by anyone, then calling the police might be a good first step to help you.
This rule works in many areas of the world when you're cut off with no one around to help you and if you're dealing with physical or spiritual issues.
Call the police so they can direct you where you might go next for help.

done that weeks ago. A and E was scary. wrote a prescription for meds. That wasnt even done. the paramedics have been twice since and scared me both times.

It takes time for the prescription to work. Have they also prescribed you an anti anxiety medication like Lorazepam?
