Death will not be conquered at the lord's return, but at the end of the millenium, which will be a time of regeneration of mankind, like the inverse of the time from Adam to Noah when the earth degenerated into oblivion and humans had great lifespans

The valley of dry bones prophecy is about the resurrection of Israel and its subsequent return to the land.

Then you will know that I the Lord have spoken, and I have done it, declares the Lord.’”

Actually no. It's God's will. Israel was reestablished according to God's will, survived the attack of 5 nations by God's will and has resisted 450 million enemies by God's will.
