AI cant take care of patients, give them Empathy, wash them, bring them to Toilette, give them Infusions,. The people encrease which are becoming older with multiple deseases, with beginning of dementia. They need special care. No robot can do this.
Btw, today we have lack on doctors, lack on nurses in the hospital. AI cant supply this.

AI can for shure in some psperwork. But the reports f.e. have to write personal for each patient they cant do.
For to triage you have to see the patient personal. Not only their data plays a role. How is their constitution, how is their emotional situation. And so on.
You need f.e. a certain numbers of doctors which be need to manage a 24h care. To half the numbervof doctors, means to double their Shift duty. F e. A month has 30 day for every day you need an doctor who has duty over night. You have now 6 doctors who Cover this days. Means 1 doctor has 5 overnight dutys in the month. If you half them. They have to fo 10 overnight shifts.

We know that just as Pharaoh wanted the midwives to kill the Israelite babies that Satan will want these billionaires, the authorities, and the powers of this dark world to do the same to Christians during the tribulation. And so I bring my supplications on behalf of these men and women that the evil powers of darkness will be commanding, that just like the midwives at the time of Pharaoh they would refuse to do this and would know the peace that passes all understanding. In the name of Jesus Christ, the king of kings and supreme potentate I ask this.

In the name of Jesus Christ I command that the devil cease giving these men and women drugs and that he cease giving these men and women the benefits of money and that he ceases to elevate them socially.

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love and of a sound mind.

I agree with you that a human can do the job of nurse better than a robot using AI can. As long as that is the only criteria that matters, what is the best care that can be provided regardless of the cost then I think it may be ten years before they replace 90% of the nurses. However, if these hospitals take into account the cost, well, these robots can work for the equivalent of $5,000 a year (they are estimating they will cost $120k, can be lleased for 25k a year, and can work 160 hours a week (four forty hour shifts).
