"I could not resist" but made it slightly more healthy by only using 2 egg yolk instead of 6. It still tasted delightful
It's summer cottage cleaning day, so coffee with "butter eye" (cardamon)bun with a lake view.
I didn't take a picture of it, but for dessert tonight I had the most delicious cinnamon raisin bread from a bakery. I could eat the whole loaf! But I will try to restrain myself. 
I decided to try one of Aldi's soufflés that are imported from France. It actually comes in a glass dish! I thought it was quite tasty.
