My wife who is unsaved and I who is saved are trying to conceive her first child. My 3rd from my previous marriage. Please pray it happens and a very safe pregnancy and birth

Heavenly Father,
You are the Author of life and the Giver of all good gifts. I thank You for this man who longs to build a godly family and is seeking You in this journey.
Lord, I pray in Jesus’ name for a healthy conception. I ask that You bless his wife’s body to receive and nurture life. May her womb be fruitful, and may her pregnancy—if You grant it—be safe and peaceful. Guard both mother and child.
I also lift up her heart, Lord. You know she has not yet called on Your name. Would You draw her with Your kindness? Open her eyes to Your truth, perhaps even through this miracle of life. May the joy of a child soften her heart toward You, and may she come to know Your love through her husband's faithful example.
Father, grant them unity, strength, and joy. And above all, let Your will be done, for Your plans are perfect. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

a little update, I have gotten bold with God, as in 2016, my ex wife and I had lost a baby girl after she was born at 18 1/2 weeks and lived outside the womb with a HEARTBEAT for 16 short minutes, I have longed for another baby girl. So I laid it all on the line with God told him my heart. I hope He allows it. Not just for my son to be a big brother physically, but for my wife as I think this will bring her to God

It took us three tries after losing or first daughter to a miscarriage at about the same time. We had two boys and had given up, but God blessed us with a beautiful daughter on the third try. Don't give up. God will answer your prayers.
Have you seen a doctor and are there any medical complications with her? My sister in law had one of her tubes closed off.
hmmmmm ok I haven't fasted in forever. I think last time I fasted was when I was in the county jail and I really sold out to God
