You know how the grocery stores be, they have a table full of decadent bakery items looking at you as you come in the door. Then a little ways over is a bin full of chips and other such things. Then there's end caps and clip strips throughout the store, filled with junk food. And, of course, there's the candy bars and gummies up at the checkout.
So really, I need to just avoid the entire store lol :LOL:

Ever notice how the candy bars used to be only down below at children's eye level, but over the years they got higher and higher?
It's like the shelves got taller as we grew :LOL:

I don't know what a store in the US Is like, but here in Canada, we put all the healthy stuff around the outter walls and all the junk food in the middle. You can go from fruits and veggies to deli, to bakery, to Frozen Foods with out walking down that Isle.

I don't know I didn't create this, but in Canada I assume it would be common Curtesy.
But I think that trying to assess the joke ruins it as it is a firefighter in a store line with a cart full of water. Technically it is only 1 item even if it a large quantity of it. The fact he is in uniform is to try and make it seem like an emergency.
