I wonder if you realise just how ridiculing your coming across, and why do you persist in not taking an answer ?
And even if he was being tormented by an evil spirit don't you think there's a better way to ask someone that question, ?
As the way your asking it suggest there must be something wrong with him, and that's pretty much your generally attitude, and even if a bad spirit was attacking a fellow Christian m are you one of these people that thinks if that happens it's there fault ?

Why don't you just quit looking for fault in people you don't know, and assuming they have fault, and quit telling people they have a problem even when they confirm to you they don't, your behaviour is disrespectful
If I am a blessing to you then all I ask is that you spread love and encouragement not slander or any form of judgement on others. after all the scriptures say

This passage highlights the importance of regular fellowship and actively provoking one another to love and good deeds, especially as the end times approach
