No I don't lock the door on the doghouse. It doesn't even have a door. But at least it has a dog sitting in front of it!

It is a show that specializes in mocking just everyone and everything it can find to make fun of.

The Simpsons
Family Guy
King of the Hill
South Park

All four of these are about the same, in that they specialize in sarcasm and ridicule. And as such, they are very heavy on pop culture references. You probably wouldn't get the joke even if it was translated to chinese, because it will almost certainly be referencing something in American culture. Unless you're a big fan of American culture, that is...

So don't worry, you're not missing much at all.

That was the last generation of people from the Bill Gates era having any influence in the design and deployment of Windows.
After that, Millenials moved in and now we get a Mac interface Start Menu on Windows because they have no creativity.
These are the end times !
